When I made the reservation, it was only written that there was a case to confirm the submission, so I misunderstood that it was not absolutely necessary 😭😭😭
And, whether it's a gag on the part of the front desk or what it is, it's heartless words. I was a little annoyed, but even though it was my clumsiness, I was able to cancel the order as it was, which was very helpful.
However, I feel a little uncomfortable when I look down on people based on their outward appearance.
