1. This one does not have spa.
2. The coin laundry is the best, for 100yen/ 30mins to wash; drying is 100yen/ 20mins.
3. Room is tiny and small.
4. Breakfast is quite disappointing, not appealing and not delicious.
5. The staff should warn the Chinese Taiwan people for taking the laundry out without telling the user. That's very rude.

Good short stay hotel. Perfect location although room is small especially toilet. Simple and sufficient breakfast is a good start of the day. The evening cocktail is an extra bonus. Service is excellent. Amenities and pillow selection are available at the lobby.

Great spread of breakfast. Free drinks including alcoholic drinks in evening or dinner time depending on weekdays or weekend.

It's a bit old, but the reception and restaurant staff are very polite and considerate. This hotel, which is rare for a super hotel, does not have a large public bath. The restaurant environment is a bit like a school cafeteria with people sitting in rows. The reception desk is quite narrow and close to the elevator and the pillows are quickly used up. The public environment is generally good. There are ample parking spaces available at several locations close to the hotel. The price is reasonable at 600 yen per night. It is about 40 minutes one way from Abashiri. I chose this hotel because it is really cheap and hard to find in Abashiri. It is a good choice for self-driving tourists with limited budget.

The hotel has good facilities, a free alcoholic beverage bar, and nearly 30 kinds of supplies for free. The only drawback is that the room and bathroom are too small, but the overall CP value is high and it is worth recommending

Nice and friendly staff help with check in process. Welcome drink from 6-9pm.
Clean room, spacious bed for small family (couple + 1 child).
