Hotels in Kitami

Very good breakfast and has a Japanese bath. Close to Kitami train station and Lawson. Bed slightly hard but didn’t bother me. Very decent.

The large hot spring bath is convenient and easy to use. However, it would be better if there was a sauna.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Kitami JR Station. The facilities are a bit old. The natural hot spring is very comfortable, but the space is a bit small. The breakfast is very average, especially the long queue to eat, which is very troublesome

It was very good. I will use it again.

It is a little smaller than the average Route Inn and the facilities are a little old. The location is great, a three-minute walk from Kitami station and department stores, and there is a convenience store diagonally opposite. The flat parking lot is large. Breakfast was pretty standard. If you don't clean the room, you will get free drinks.

I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

dormy inn's rarely dissapoint. rooms are always immaculate and the onsens spotless. never stayed awake for the free ramen but those little touches make for a great stay

A high value hotel that gave us a lot of surprises on onsen and breakfast. Will stay here again elsewhere.

We arrived late and had free ramen for supper. Helped ourselves to some ice cream after onsen too. There was a shelf of comics like Demon Slayer available for reading too. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Adequate. Very crowded, not user friendly check-in system for foreigners. Big manga collection on 2F. Breakfast was delicious, thank you, Chefs!

The location itself was a bit far, but it was not a big problem to walk even when it snowed. In addition, the soba service and the large bathhouse with ice cream, yogurt, jelly, and water were great. However, it might be a bit difficult to move around with a carrier, so please note. There were also many Genghis Khan restaurants right next door. I'll attach a photo as well.

I stayed at the hotel above, and since it's Kitami, I thought I'd have yakiniku for dinner, but somehow it got too much hassle, so I ended up here on the first floor of the hotel. The right choice. The zangi and belly harasu were very filling, and the scallops and hokuriku yakitori were fresh and delicious. The salmon roe bowl at the end was available in a mini size, so it was just the right amount...

I visited my favorite izakaya (Japanese pub) after a very long time. The all-you-can-drink option is cheap, so I can always get drunk without worrying about the cost. The staff are all young, but they are all very friendly and helpful, and I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably until the very end. Also, all the dishes served were delicious, and I ate way too much. I'll definitely come again soon,...

I visited this restaurant during my trip to Kitami in July 2025. ^ - ^ The hotel I stayed at didn't have a restaurant open in the evening, and while many nearby restaurants allowed smoking, this one was non-smoking, clean, and had spacious, comfortable seats. ♪ I ordered via smartphone, and the tea was brought to me promptly, and the food was also delivered in a timely manner. ^ - ^ Everything was...

Kitami is a very small city. The department store opposite closes at 18:30, the fresh food supermarket has almost no cooked food, and only 3 gourmet restaurants on the 6th floor are open! The hotel room and bathroom are very small, standard Japanese family space; if you compare the room rate and facilities, it is a bit expensive!

Good quality price ratio for this hotel in Obihiro, glad to be back

Very good hotel, all single rooms, no interference during the whole trip Facilities: complete Service: good Environment: convenient for travel

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained.Staff were exteremely polite and helpful throughout our visit. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and transport.Highly recommended for anyone visiting!!

It’s a great small town where cheap for yakiniku, and not long queue to those popular places like torri (sushi restaurant), phamarcy, nearby drinking place with great atmosphere.

The breakfast is simple but delicious. The hotel receptionist is very friendly and polite. The hotel has many parking areas located next to the hotel.

Location is pretty central. Restaurants are well surrounded with walkable distance

Nice location with free breakfast and parking.

Located a block from the train and bus station in Kitami. Easy check in. Free coffee in the lobby. Small room but efficiently designed. Nice breakfast in the morning. Department store across the street and a few restaurants in the area.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Downside - the intermittent wifi connection and laundry dryer are not strong not fully dry despite 1hr run. TV does connect with various ie youtube.

The hotel is located diagonally opposite JR Kitami Station. The staff were very welcoming, the rooms were decent but clean and tidy, the bathroom was a bit cold, and the breakfast was acceptable. Overall, it's a good choice.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was also satisfactory. It was a little disappointing that there was only one elevator. However, it is not a big problem unless you are in a hurry in an emergency.

It couldn't be helped, but it took a while to get it out of the parking lot.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good

Located on the shores of Lake Saroma, facing west, this hotel offers excellent sunset views. The onsen (hot spring) is quite nice, with facilities on both floors, and the dinner buffet is well worth the price. The hotel has been open for a while, and there's a persistent issue with the ventilation units or air conditioning units experiencing low-frequency resonance. Luckily, I brought earplugs and...

The hotel is located by the lake, and the sunset views from the rooms are a major selling point. The beach is right outside the room, creating a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast includes freshly squeezed juice, and the restaurant is beautiful. Freshly toasted eggs are also available.

Very peaceful and has beautiful scenery. Love the birds around the sea.

Everything about the hotel was extremely good and overall the service was good, except the last day at breakfast the staff were not as helpful. Our room was spacious with great views and it was a good hotel as a base for touring, my only issue was the breakfast finished at 8:30 - that is too early when on holiday!!

I visited in early June and stayed for 2 nights. It turned from sunny to cloudy that day. Unfortunately, I didn't see the sunset. The lake view was beautiful. It was very hot in the room that day. I turned on the air conditioner but there was no wind at all, so I opened the window and just turned on the air conditioner. The wind was not blowing in from the direction of the window and we were sweating...

Beautiful onsen hotel! Hardware is a little aged, would still definitely recommend. The dinner buffet was scrumptious, a must try, the steak and scallop sashimi. Im still dreaming of the meal! Our room was facing the lake, at night, if you look through the windows you will see the brightest night sky filled with glittering stars! HUGE stars!! Only complaint would be that the room js quite stuffy...

Free alcohol that why we stay here for almost 5 times

Good short stay hotel. Perfect location although room is small especially toilet. Simple and sufficient breakfast is a good start of the day. The evening cocktail is an extra bonus. Service is excellent. Amenities and pillow selection are available at the lobby.

Great spread of breakfast. Free drinks including alcoholic drinks in evening or dinner time depending on weekdays or weekend. Outdoor car parking. Guest can pick their amenities items at counter. Digital lock. View of the restaurants nearby

It's a bit old, but the reception and restaurant staff are very polite and considerate. This hotel, which is rare for a super hotel, does not have a large public bath. The restaurant environment is a bit like a school cafeteria with people sitting in rows. The reception desk is quite narrow and close to the elevator and the pillows are quickly used up. The public environment is generally good. There...

The hotel has good facilities, a free alcoholic beverage bar, and nearly 30 kinds of supplies for free. The only drawback is that the room and bathroom are too small, but the overall CP value is high and it is worth recommending

Small hotel but very complete and so clean. Breakfast also good

Incredible value for money!!! *Not only is it cheap, but the performance is also excellent. I felt compelled to support them and wrote this review... ♦︎ About the price Under 4,000 yen! So cheap!!! What? So cheap... (I said it twice because it's important) ♦︎ About the facilities ・Parking → Free ・Breakfast → Free ・Room odor → None! *There's a slight odor in the bathtub, but it's within acceptable...

I have booked the family room (Japanese style), provided with free buffet breakfast & parking.

The unit bath had a smell from the pipes which was unpleasant. The TV was also difficult to use. I wish the breakfast menu had a larger selection. The room was nice and spacious, although I thought it could have been a little larger.

Only breakfast was available but it was delicious.

Breakfast provided. Coffee and supper provided too

Breakfast provided. Coffee and supper provided too

The exterior and interior are both beautiful. The parking lot is small, but they guided me to a nearby vacant lot so I didn't have to search for a parking space myself. The staff were polite and there were many good options for the price, but personally I would prefer it to be a little closer to the downtown area.

I stayed here on a business trip! The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere and I was able to relax and soothe my travel fatigue. The complimentary bath salts are a great help in the cold of Hokkaido. The luxurious breakfast is delicious!! If you are staying here, I highly recommend booking with breakfast included.

I stayed here on a business trip, and the lunch provided in a bento box was delicious. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. The private rooms were clean and equipped with toilets and bathrooms. Depending on the season, high school students may stay here for marathon competitions, but it was a very nice hotel.

Although it is a little old, the staff were very kind and it was very nice. There is no bath. Due to a sudden change of plans, I had to extend my stay by one night, but they were happy to accommodate me.

This is a comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and staff.

There was a misunderstanding in the reservation, and when I thought I could stay cheaply, it ended up being a normal price. If you don't have proof of injection, it won't be cheap💉💦💦 When I made the reservation, it was only written that there was a case to confirm the submission, so I misunderstood that it was not absolutely necessary 😭😭😭 And, whether it's a gag on the part of the front desk or what...

If you're looking for a business hotel in Kitami, this is definitely the place. The rooms are old, but they're well-kept and very relaxing. The large public bath is also clean and not crowded, so you can relax and enjoy the food. The Chinese restaurant is a little pricey, but the food is delicious. As this is a popular hotel, early reservations are essential.

Guests think the free hot springs and sauna are a great service, and this hotel is the only choice for business trips to Kitami. It would be even better if you could use the sauna in the morning as well.

The rooms are clean. The in-room bath is very good and doesn't have a damp smell (many places do). There are very few electrical outlets. Gadget-lovers beware. There is a basic USB port, but the cable is short and inconvenient to use. The large public bath is for men only. There is a lukewarm jet bath, a hot bath, and two cold baths. The dry sauna was just right, not too hot. The changing room isn...

I use this hotel every month. Thank you for your continued kindness. It's close to bars, there's a hot spring, and the rooms are not too bright, so they're very relaxing. In an age where LED lights are the norm, the orange light is very soothing. Even when I get home late at night, they're always so kind, so I'd like to use this hotel again. I look forward to using your service in the future.

There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it's very convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious. Above all, the staff are very friendly and I feel at ease every time I stay here. I will definitely come again in the future.

The parking lot was far away and it rained so it got wet. The door lock was old and sometimes I couldn't get it out.

The rooms are clean. I wish the location was a little closer to the downtown area. The parking lot tends to fill up quickly, so you might have to park a little further away. Taking all of this into consideration, I give the location 3 stars.

Although it's an old building, it's clean, the rooms are spacious, and it's a great hotel right in front of the station. For those who don't like the hustle and bustle of downtown, it's quieter on the east side, separated by two roads. This hotel offers a lot of freshly made food for breakfast, rather than frozen, and everything was delicious. Paper cups are the norm these days, but I was happy to...

Located in Kitami City, Hokkaido, Paco Junior Kitami is conveniently located near Kitami Station, making it an ideal hotel for business travelers. Dinner is served on-site, making it convenient for those who want to eat without having to go out. Though the building is old, it is fully functional for business travelers. It also has a laundry service, perfect for long-term stays, with washing machines...

There were many business guests and it felt like they were staying multiple nights.

The check in process is a little inconvenient You need to ask some one to help you to call the receptionist number in order for the receptionist to arrive.

Absolutely fine for a short stop, very reasonably priced

I stayed here on a business trip. The hotel itself is old...but despite its age, it seems to have put in some effort!! The facilities are old and it's a typical old business hotel, but the value for money is good - it's not something you can compare to five-star hotels overseas. I had no problems or complaints at all, so I'm giving it 5 stars. I'll stay here again if I have the opportunity

The building and rooms are old, but the cleaning is fine and it's a good value for a business trip. The breakfast is well-presented, well-balanced, and delicious, with thoughtful attention to detail. I wonder if the chef is a woman... It's a little far from the downtown area, but it's within walking distance.

It's been a while since I stayed at a hotel brimming with Showa-era retro charm. Hokkaido hotels have become ridiculously expensive in the summer months of July and August due to increased demand. It's not uncommon for hotels to cost nearly double what they did four years ago. I finally found a single room with a shower and toilet, and it was a relief at just 8,600 yen, including breakfast. But, how...

Decent hotel for on the road. A bit old though but reasonable price.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room (Suzukaze) was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were top class, especially the staff who explained each dish with so much interest. And the onsen was so good, we didn’t feel like leaving!

Lovely stay with exceptional service. In winter make sure you park in the sun so the melts off your car. You can drop off bags undercover near reception and park. No outside shoes in the building. There are springs for hotel guests only, but day spa visitors leave at a reasonable time. Room was bit, clean and comfortable, I really enjoyed the service. Food was pretty good, and I was very charmed...

A great gem to find, the staffs are super helpful and the facilities are decent and looked after very well. The dinner is also excellent and the chef took his time to walk us through each dishes.

As always, the food is good and the onsen is relaxing. I suggest you bring your own bath items, as their amenities aren't that good. Also, i recommend the onsen+meal set. You get more than your money's worth for 1000 yen.

Spacious room for a family of 3 Onsen is big. Dinner and breakfast were also good. My stomach was full.

Lovely place. Ryokan with excellent greenhouse utilizing hot spring water from the resort to warm the greenhouse. They growing their own produces. Tomato is so sweet you won't believe.

It's quiet and surrounded by nature. The food is excellent. The fact that there's nothing around is wonderful. I think it's a hotel for adults.

Excellent dining experience, very delicious french course dinner. Located deep in the mountain. Quiet environment and no TV in the room.

You can enjoy sophisticated French cuisine in a wonderful atmosphere enveloped in unparalleled tranquility. Unfortunately, the weather was bad when I visited, but on a clear day, you can enjoy the lake reflecting the blue sky during the day and the starry night sky. However, rain or snow, the atmosphere you experience at that moment makes this hotel an irreplaceable experience.

My wife made a reservation at the Chimikeppu Hotel because she really wanted to go there. We were unable to make any plans due to work, and finally managed to make a reservation in the frigid cold of December, when we rented a car at Memanbetsu Airport and drove for an hour and a half. We finally arrived, driving cautiously along a deserted road where there was no one around. It was a really cold day...

It was worth the long journey from Ibaraki Prefecture. I had booked it for the summer of 2020, but it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and finally my wish came true. The car navigation system was out of whack? My smartphone wasn't working, and I was driving anxiously in the rain, meeting deer and squirrels on the gravel road in the dense forest, so I was especially happy when I arrived....

The road to this hotel is full of tight curbs and narrow mountain trail, but this is the beauty of it; not everyone can go there. But when you do try to go there, drive safely. There is no cell service in thr mountains. In winter, there would be tents over the frozen lake, ice fishing. In summer, you could see rare birds in the forest surrounding the lake.
