A high value hotel that gave us a lot of surprises on onsen and breakfast. Will stay here again elsewhere.

We arrived late and had free ramen for supper. Helped ourselves to some ice cream after onsen too. There was a shelf of comics like Demon Slayer available for reading too. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The location itself was a bit far, but it was not a big problem to walk even when it snowed. In addition, the soba service and the large bathhouse with ice cream, yogurt, jelly, and water were great. However, it might be a bit difficult to move around with a carrier, so please note. There were also many Genghis Khan restaurants right next door. I'll attach a photo as well.

This was my first time staying here. It was close to downtown so I had no trouble finding dinner. The room I stayed in this time only had a shower, no bathtub. I had no major complaints and would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

I visited my favorite izakaya (Japanese pub) after a very long time. The all-you-can-drink option is cheap, so I can always get drunk without worrying about the cost. Kitami is a very small city. The department store opposite closes at 18:30, the fresh food supermarket has almost no cooked food, and only 3 gourmet restaurants on the 6th floor are open! The hotel room and bathroom are very small, standard Japanese family space; if you compare the room rate and facilities, it is a bit expensive!

The large hot spring bath is convenient and easy to use. However, it would be better if there was a sauna.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Kitami JR Station. The facilities are a bit old. The natural hot spring is very comfortable, but the space is a bit small. The breakfast is very average, especially the long queue to eat, which is very troublesome

I've stayed at other hotels, but the front desk staff were not very friendly and I didn't feel like asking them anything. The hot water in the large communal bath on the first floor was good.

It’s a great small town where cheap for yakiniku, and not long queue to those popular places like torri (sushi restaurant), phamarcy, nearby drinking place with great atmosphere.

If you're looking for a business hotel in Kitami, this is definitely the place. The rooms are old, but they're well-kept and very relaxing. The large public bath is also clean and not crowded, so you can relax and enjoy the food. The Chinese restaurant is a little pricey, but the food is delicious. As this is a popular hotel, early reservations are essential.

Guests think the free hot springs and sauna are a great service, and this hotel is the only choice for business trips to Kitami. It would be even better if you could use the sauna in the morning as well.

I use this hotel every month. Thank you for your continued kindness. It's close to bars, there's a hot spring, and the rooms are not too bright, so they're very relaxing. In an age where LED lights are the norm, the orange light is very soothing. Even when I get home late at night, they're always so kind, so I'd like to use this hotel again. I look forward to using your service in the future.

Located a block from the train and bus station in Kitami. Easy check in. Free coffee in the lobby. Small room but efficiently designed. Nice breakfast in the morning. Department store across the street and a few restaurants in the area.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Downside - the intermittent wifi connection and laundry dryer are not strong not fully dry despite 1hr run. TV does connect with various ie youtube.

The hotel is located diagonally opposite JR Kitami Station. The staff were very welcoming, the rooms were decent but clean and tidy, the bathroom was a bit cold, and the breakfast was acceptable. Overall, it's a good choice.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was also satisfactory. It was a little disappointing that there was only one elevator. However, it is not a big problem unless you are in a hurry in an emergency.

The hotel is located by the lake, and the sunset views from the rooms are a major selling point. The beach is right outside the room, creating a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast includes freshly squeezed juice, and the restaurant is beautiful. Freshly toasted eggs are also available.

Everything about the hotel was extremely good and overall the service was good, except the last day at breakfast the staff were not as helpful. I visited in early June and stayed for 2 nights. It turned from sunny to cloudy that day. Unfortunately, I didn't see the sunset. The lake view was beautiful. It was very hot in the room that day. I turned on the air conditioner but there was no wind at all, so I opened the window and just turned on the air conditioner. Beautiful onsen hotel! Hardware is a little aged, would still definitely recommend. The dinner buffet was scrumptious, a must try, the steak and scallop sashimi. Im still dreaming of the meal! The exterior and interior are both beautiful. The parking lot is small, but they guided me to a nearby vacant lot so I didn't have to search for a parking space myself. The staff were polite and there were many good options for the price, but personally I would prefer it to be a little closer to the downtown area.

I stayed here on a business trip! The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere and I was able to relax and soothe my travel fatigue. The complimentary bath salts are a great help in the cold of Hokkaido. The luxurious breakfast is delicious!! If you are staying here, I highly recommend booking with breakfast included.

I stayed here on a business trip, and the lunch provided in a bento box was delicious. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. The private rooms were clean and equipped with toilets and bathrooms. Depending on the season, high school students may stay here for marathon competitions, but it was a very nice hotel.

I have booked the family room (Japanese style), provided with free buffet breakfast & parking.

The unit bath had a smell from the pipes which was unpleasant. The TV was also difficult to use. I wish the breakfast menu had a larger selection. The room was nice and spacious, although I thought it could have been a little larger.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room (Suzukaze) was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were top class, especially the staff who explained each dish with so much interest. And the onsen was so good, we didn’t feel like leaving!

Lovely stay with exceptional service. In winter make sure you park in the sun so the melts off your car. You can drop off bags undercover near reception and park. No outside shoes in the building. A great gem to find, the staffs are super helpful and the facilities are decent and looked after very well. The dinner is also excellent and the chef took his time to walk us through each dishes.

As always, the food is good and the onsen is relaxing. I suggest you bring your own bath items, as their amenities aren't that good. Also, i recommend the onsen+meal set. You get more than your money's worth for 1000 yen.

Lovely place. Ryokan with excellent greenhouse utilizing hot spring water from the resort to warm the greenhouse. They growing their own produces. Tomato is so sweet you won't believe.

It was worth the long journey from Ibaraki Prefecture. I had booked it for the summer of 2020, but it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and finally my wish came true. My smartphone wasn't working, and I was driving anxiously in the rain, meeting deer and squirrels on the gravel road in the dense forest, so I was especially happy when I arrived....

The road to this hotel is full of tight curbs and narrow mountain trail, but this is the beauty of it; not everyone can go there. But when you do try to go there, drive safely. There is no cell service in thr mountains. In winter, there would be tents over the frozen lake, ice fishing. In summer, you could see rare birds in the forest surrounding the lake.

The check in process is a little inconvenient You need to ask some one to help you to call the receptionist number in order for the receptionist to arrive.

I stayed here on a business trip. The hotel itself is old...but despite its age, it seems to have put in some effort!! The facilities are old and it's a typical old business hotel, but the value for money is good - it's not something you can compare to five-star hotels overseas. I had no problems or complaints at all, so I'm giving it 5 stars. I'll stay here again if I have the opportunity

It's not uncommon for hotels to cost nearly double what they did four years ago. I finally found a single room with a shower and toilet, and it was a relief at just 8,600 yen, including breakfast.
