Kitami is a very small city. The department store opposite closes at 18:30, the fresh food supermarket has almost no cooked food, and only 3 gourmet restaurants on the 6th floor are open! The hotel room and bathroom are very small, standard Japanese family space; if you compare the room rate and facilities, it is a bit expensive!

It is just across the street from Kitami Station. You can see it when you look up after exiting the station. There is a stamping area in the hotel lobby. The lamb mascot is very cute, and the children's tableware for breakfast is also lamb.
It was clean, and the room was compact but easy to use (you can easily open a 60L carry-on bag). Kitami is a small town, so the restaurants are within walking distance. If you're using the bus or train, this is the place to go.

The large hot spring bath is convenient and easy to use. However, it would be better if there was a sauna.
It's about a 10-minute walk from Kitami JR Station. The facilities are a bit old. The natural hot spring is very comfortable, but the space is a bit small. The breakfast is very average, especially the long queue to eat, which is very troublesome

Good short stay hotel. Perfect location although room is small especially toilet. Simple and sufficient breakfast is a good start of the day. The evening cocktail is an extra bonus. Service is excellent. Amenities and pillow selection are available at the lobby.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was also satisfactory. It was a little disappointing that there was only one elevator. However, it is not a big problem unless you are in a hurry in an emergency.
It couldn't be helped, but it took a while to get it out of the parking lot.

Everything about the hotel was extremely good and overall the service was good, except the last day at breakfast the staff were not as helpful. Our room was spacious with great views and it was a good hotel as a base for touring, my only issue was the breakfast finished at 8:30 - that is too early when on holiday!!
I visited in early June and stayed for 2 nights. It turned from sunny to cloudy that day. Unfortunately, I didn't see the sunset. The lake view was beautiful. It was very hot in the room that day. I turned on the air conditioner but there was no wind at all, so I opened the window and just turned on the air conditioner. The wind was not blowing in from the direction of the window and we were sweating...
The location of the hotel is very remote and we arrived around 7:00. There was no food around. The service attitude is generally good and the breakfast food quality is good. The environment is good and there is 🦐 sashimi. The hot spring ♨️ is not as good as expected.

We arrived late and had free ramen for supper. Helped ourselves to some ice cream after onsen too. There was a shelf of comics like Demon Slayer available for reading too. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
For Japan travel, I recommend staying at a hotel in the Dominion chain. You will never fail. It is also good that all the hotel chains have hot springs. This was my first time here, and it was recently remodeled, so it was clean.
It's a transfer station, and you can't tell it's been renovated. Parking is a bit troublesome. If there's no parking space, you'll have to park somewhere far away. The attitude of the lobby staff is average, not as good as the one in Asahikawa

This was my first time staying here. It was close to downtown so I had no trouble finding dinner. The room I stayed in this time only had a shower, no bathtub. I had no major complaints and would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.
