Best Hotels in Miyazu

The hot spring baths are incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast is abundant (especially the freshly baked French croissants, served warm, which I paired with red bean paste and cheese – absolutely heavenly, I had three and still wanted more!)

Spacious room with spectacular sea view! The room is tidy with great air quality. And the lounge provides a great variety of wine and drink to enjoy the sunset and other great moments during stay.

The buffet was quite crowded, offering a wide variety of food. The coin-operated laundry machines and smoking area were well-equipped. The room amenities included everything except a razor

The polite service from the staff was truly delightful. Most of the guests were ********* tour groups and Japanese independent travelers

You can wear yukata and slippers throughout the hotel, and there's a great drink bar available in the evening

location abit far , but facility are good. You can rent toys to play , table tennis , ground golf. You can watch sunset in the room

The public bath was very clean, and the toiletries were excellent; I even bought their exclusive Tabi Biyori facial cleanser. The only downside was the lack of a milk vending machine

If you have ample time, I highly recommend renting a bicycle to explore the area; you'll gain an absolutely unforgettable experience! On this Osaka-Kansai trip, the Amanohashidate excursion was so wonderful that I felt staying just one more day would have made the entire trip even more perfect!

Surprisingly, the Western meal was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was a decent Western and Japanese buffet. In summary, the location is fantastic, making it very convenient to visit Kasamatsu Park, Viewland, and Ine

Right next to Amanohashidate Station, the location is incredibly convenient. From the window, you can see the Amanohashidate sandbar and the opposite shore. The room is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel

I was super happy with the stay—this upgrade felt like a real treat. They even provided bath lavender, which I thought was just for the first night, but they refilled it the next day

The room was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. My only minor complaints were the lack of a large public bath in the hotel and the small unit bathroom and toilet

I liked the pick-up and drop-off service at the station. It was clean and friendly. The only downside was the lack of a supermarket nearby. It's a good idea to pack some snacks beforehand.

During Golden Week, the breakfast area felt a bit cramped, but the staff managed the flow really well and were very pleasant. The food was delicious, and I was very satisfied

Since I arrived early, I left my luggage at the hotel before heading out to explore Amanohashidate. When I checked in later that night, I was pleasantly surprised to find my luggage already placed in my room

First ever stay in a ryokan and I must say that the experience was a pleasant one. I enjoyed my stay from the time. We check-in all the way till we checked out. The in the dining hall however, it wasn’t noisy at all

Breakfast and dinner had variety and was fresh.  Ryokan was just opposite the sandbar, so we could easily take a walk there. Amanohashidate Viewland & the train station is about 3-5minutes walk as well

Great location, very near amanohashidate train station and also right beside the rotating bridge. Managed to catch a great view of the bridge rotating in the morning while the boat passed

Secluded location but steps away from the Amanohashidate town area, warm traditional Japanese service, quintessential Japanese style rooms that is very modern and everything feels high quality and well taken care of, fantastic private and public onsen and great food

Amazingly beautiful ryokan. Rooms are enormous . Lovely views of the water and gardens. Incredible food. Great onsen. Very kind and thoughtful service from lovely people. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Monjusou Shourotei is one of the best ryokans that we have been to

I think it's a well-equipped accommodation worth visiting, with great customer service, surrounding environment, convenient transportation, hot springs inside and outside the rooms, and guest room gardens

Even if you don't choose dinner when choosing a room, if you speak some Japanese, there are local restaurants within a bus ride away where you can eat without a reservation, so it's okay

There is a shuttle boat right next to the accommodation, and even if you don't take the boat, you can walk or ride a bike to get around, which is nice

First of all, the location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the Amanohashidate Cable Car and Chionji Temple. It is not far from the station and can be reached by walking

A family traveled from Osaka to Amanohashidate and chose Toriki for a night. The hotel made me feel the traditional Japanese attentive hospitality. There are not many rooms, and several employees are elderly ladies

Although the explanation was in Japanese, he still tried his best to let us understand each dish, and also added an interesting and human touch to the conversation!

The waiter is friendly! The location is very close to the station and the sightseeing boat terminal and Feilongguan! You can also store your luggage in the hotel in advance, which is very convenient for people who don’t drive themselves! The food quality is also very delicious!

The room was designed in Japanese style, not big, and there was no special view. It was equipped with a bathroom and toilet. In addition, there is a small shared hot spring room and a hot spring room for families

The dinner part was amberjack hotpot, which we ate in the room, while the breakfast was Japanese-style and we went to the dining area downstairs. Both meals were great!! Our whole family likes it very much~

Fantastic Hotel, private onsen in the room was clean and safe. The room itself was extremely cozy. The location is abit far from the station but they do provide transport in the morning.

The room is clean and beautiful, and there is a reservation-only private bath service. It is a pity that we did not have breakfast and dinner. Will definitely visit again if I have the chance!

Food is so so but luckily the price is good. Staffs here are very friendly and helpful. You can get a private onsen with Yen 3,000 in advance booking. But the Wifi is bad almost no connections

I stayed in a spacious room called Kongo. The size of the room, the condition, the amenities, everything was the best of the best

The owner is friendly, the bed is soft and the room is spacious, ensuring a good night's sleep. There's an onsen (hot spring) and breakfast is included. If you enjoy a traditional atmosphere, this is the place for you

High cost performance, close to Amanohashidate, close to large supermarkets, one parking and two meals, very friendly staff, good English , private  parking space.

Hotel location is very good for self driving travelers. The hotel is a traditional building with very good service. There were two issues due to our room location

The location is very good, 15 minutes walk from Miyazu Station, 5 minutes walk from the city bus station, and 5 minutes walk to the shopping supermarket

Whenever I visit a grave, I always stay overnight. The food is excellent and the guests are polite and polite, so once you stay, you will definitely want to repeat. Recommended for couples.

It's a family run small place and make the experience feels like home. The chef is very good with grilled dishes. Love the grilled fish and crabs. You are very kind and attentive

We felt sincere hospitality (japanese is おもてなし) of a Japanese-style hotel during our visit. The food was delicious and the service from the staff was warm. The hotel has a lot of history but is very well maintained.

Although the building itself is old, it is well-maintained, and it was a comfortable space because each material was carefully made and used. Personally, I liked the chair by the window and the ginkgo transom

In addition, the Kansai Wide Area 5-Day Pass + Amanohashidate 2-Day Pass booked on Ctrip is also a good deal, because the 2-day pass alone at the Amanohashidate Tourist Center costs 3,500 yen

The food was of good quality, the rooms were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet

It was mid-February and the temperature was around 7-8 degrees Celsius. It was cold even with the heater on, perhaps because it was by the sea. It would be a good idea to dress warmly when sleeping

I stayed in their biggest room and it came with a gorgeous sitting terrace and private open air onsen. The view is one of the best I have seen for an Onsen Ryokan

This hotel is only recommended if you have a car; otherwise, it's very inconvenient. Dinner and breakfast are excellent.

Their room was updated and is clean, with good set of amenity. The public onsen is a bit on the small side but still pretty decent. Food is great as always, and featured fish and seafood around the area

In one word, I was impressed. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and filling, and there was nothing to complain about.

And the thing they use to cook tofu (shown in photo) seems to belong to a Gibili animation. As a side note, I believe they have an origami master in house. There are so many cute origami displayed though out my stay
