Spacious room with spectacular sea view! The room is tidy with great air quality. And the lounge provides a great variety of wine and drink to enjoy the sunset and other great moments during stay.

The buffet was quite crowded, offering a wide variety of food. The coin-operated laundry machines and smoking area were well-equipped. The room amenities included everything except a razor. You can wear yukata and slippers throughout the hotel, and there's a great drink bar available in the evening.

The location is a bit far from downtown area, room inside is a bit old, but they have refurbished the entire hall, lift etc. and the hot spring was fantastic! The breakfast selection was very impressive as well, so many selections!

Great location, very near amanohashidate train station and also right beside the rotating bridge. Managed to catch a great view of the bridge rotating in the morning while the boat passed. Also very near amanohashidate view land. Lovely ryokan and the kaiseki meals were amazing. Very authentic Japanese ryokan experience and the service is great too. Highly recommended

A decent Japanese inn with warm service and a good location. However, the facilities are a bit dated, and the food quality is just average. They belong to a hotel group, so if these aspects are a concern for you, you might prefer Monjuso right next door.

Best location in Amanohashidate, close to all attraction

This is a wonderful onsen ryokan, incredibly comfortable. It's super convenient for visiting all the attractions in Amanohashidate, and the food is absolutely delicious. The only slight drawback is that breakfast isn't served buffet style.

Really enjoyed my stay here for just one night. Negative: I waited to Checkin for about 10 minutes because another guest arrived at the same time, and there was only one staff. It was a wonderful inn, but I will never use Trip.com again. The service was the worst of the worst. Honestly, this is the first time I've come across a travel agency that provided such poor service, and I will not recommend it to friends or other close people either.

Fantastic stay in the center of Kinosaki Onsen! It's very conveniently located between all of the onsens and only a short walk from the train station. The room is spacious and can accommodate three people. The facilities are new. There's a free shuttle bus service from the JR station. For the two nights, dinner was kaiseki cuisine, featuring snow crab on one night and fish on the other. The hot spring town also offers plenty of dining options.
