A very nice hotel in Ajawi. Can use public hot spring in sister hotels with great view

This is my second time staying at this onsen ryokan. The room was clean, breakfast was a buffet, and dinner was exquisite. The view is stunning; you can enjoy the ocean scenery while soaking in the hot spring 👍

Excellent and attentive staff, great food at the restaurant, very nice hotel room

It was raining heavily when I checked in, and there was no parking space. I had to go in and find the hotel staff, who told me to turn and go to the 2nd floor parking lot. The experience was a bit poor. Normally, there should be staff to greet you.

We stayed in the Asahi Garden in the villa building. First, we were able to check in on a private sofa. The room was spacious and comfortable for three people. The hotel is located right next to the beach in a tranquil environment, within walking distance for a stroll and ocean view. A family-friendly inn. The beach was right in front of us, but the sea was full of jellyfish, so we were hesitant to swim too much.

It was a pity that the public bath was only available for a short time. Great place to take a vacation with friends for golf and nearby tours to Yumebutai and hot springs in Sumoto city. Green and fairway in good conditions. Clear sky and fantastic ocean views from hotel room and fairway. Want to revisit soon.

I visited this inn on a solo trip. I've stayed at other inns in the New Awaji Group before, but this one was truly relaxing, the staff were kind, and it was very comfortable. This is a very relaxing hotel. All three large baths are stunning, and the private baths in the rooms are also highly recommended. The rooms are spacious with excellent views, and there is also a private pier where you can take a walk or go fishing.

The service at the front desk was not so good! There were no smiles and it was not pleasant.

The elevator only went part way up so we had to go up the stairs which made it difficult to carry our luggage.

I've been using it a lot lately, and it's not bad or bad. In the room I stayed in this time, the air conditioner was leaking a lot, and the bed was right above my head, so I woke up many times during the night and ended up sleeping on the wrong side. Our family of nine, including three sisters, stayed here. We booked separate rooms but were able to stay on the same floor. The dinner and breakfast buffets had lots of vegetables and were very delicious. There was no clutter, so we were able to enjoy our meals at our own pace. The night pool was a big hit with the kids! We'd like to go again next year.

The pillow was terrible and I got really bad neck ache. The Japanese receptionist keeps calling foreign stuff to talk to me although I speak Japanese. Not needed. Felt awkward. Also foreign stuff should be more professional and not talking about private stuff. All in all welcoming atmosphere.

Since it's part of the Hotel New Awaji Group, I was glad to be able to use the large public baths at other hotels in the group. I heard that you can travel by boat or use the shuttle bus until 6:30 PM, so you can go empty-handed, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. The customer service from the hotel staff was also excellent.

The room was spacious and the view was beautiful! The only thing that bothered me was that it was hard to find where to turn the lights on and off.

Despite old hotel that has been renovated on higher end room, it comes with a great staff and food is great served in the room

There is a large supermarket nearby, which is convenient. Also, it's great that you can use the hot spring. There is a kettle (800ml), so you can bring soup and coffee and have a comfortable morning. It's also nice that there is a hair dryer in the room. This place is very cheap but you can still use Onsen bath right by the main hotel building. There is a beautiful beach in 2 mins walk.
