I knew there would be stairs, but the stairs to the fourth floor were still very inconvenient...
This may be a lack of awareness on the part of the condominium, but if you can use the bath in the main building, I think it would be nice if they provided towels and other basic amenities. The floors also creaked.

As soon as I opened the front door, the room was filled with the smell of sweat, like a kendo hall. I sprayed Febreze everywhere, but it didn't go away... The toilet had a strong sewage smell, and there were used socks from the previous guest left on the shelf next to the bed, which was very disappointing. Even though it was cheap, I would have liked at least a minimum level of cleanliness.

The brick buildings in the neighborhood have a nice atmosphere, and the sound of the waves and the calm coastline were especially wonderful.
The quality of the hot spring water and the sound of the waves in the open-air bath at night were soothing.
Shima Kurage is an apartment-style facility and is a bit old, but it was kept very clean.
Also, I think the attentive customer service is top-notch, even more so than the physical facilities. The casual greetings and consideration...the depth of experience made me feel professional.
I would definitely use it again.

There is a large supermarket nearby, which is convenient. Also, it's great that you can use the hot spring. There is a kettle (800ml), so you can bring soup and coffee and have a comfortable morning. It's also nice that there is a hair dryer in the room.
(There is one at the hot spring, so you don't have to worry too much about it)
The bar on the first floor that other comments said had loud karaoke is no longer there, so it's comfortable at night.
If I had to say one thing, I would like the futon to be a little thicker.
But that's about it.
Our family of four had a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

This place is very cheap but you can still use Onsen bath right by the main hotel building. There is a beautiful beach in 2 mins walk.
