Amahara in Sumoto

I've always thought it was a good experience, but this time it was the worst. I got into a shuttle car and headed to the beauty salon, but when I got off, I hit my head on the roof of the car (near the door). The driver (general manager) didn't seem to notice, and that night I suffered a terrible headache. I complained to the manager at Amahara, but he insisted that I was "not at fault." Even though I couldn't even go to the breakfast buffet because of the headache, he insisted that I pay the full price. Even though I didn't say I didn't want to pay, he threatened me, saying, "If you don't pay, you'll be in big trouble." I paid, even though I felt like I wasn't getting the service that I deserved. After returning home, I went to the hospital, where an X-ray and other tests revealed I had "whiplash," and was advised to rest for a while. He said the whiplash could take a long time to heal, and I paid the expensive medical bills. The headaches and fatigue will likely delay my daily life for a while. Amahara insisted that they were "not at fault," leaving me with nothing but regret and wondering what I had done there. If I had known the hotel would treat me like this, I would not have stayed here again, and I am filled with regret, disappointment, and frustration. I am not satisfied with the way things are going, so I am preparing to file a civil lawsuit. Please be careful, and do not let yourself suffer the same terrible experience as me, and be careful not to be deceived.
