You can enjoy a free boat ride to the hot springs at nearby hotels, which are full of unique features, and the breakfast is plentiful.

This was my first time staying at Shimahana, and I was impressed by the quality of the New Awaji Group's service.
I was able to fish at Yume Senkei and caught two sea bream, which they cooked and served for dinner that night, and it was delicious. The rest was neatly prepared and we were able to take home. Shimahana is located a little way off the coast, but they provided transportation to and from the hot springs, so we were able to enjoy it without any problems.
I would like to stay here again

Our family of nine, including three sisters, stayed here.
We booked separate rooms but were able to stay on the same floor.
The dinner and breakfast buffets had lots of vegetables and were very delicious. There was no clutter, so we were able to enjoy our meals at our own pace.
The night pool was a big hit with the kids!
We'd like to go again next year.

The pillow was terrible and I got really bad neck ache.
The Japanese receptionist keeps calling foreign stuff to talk to me although I speak Japanese. Not needed. Felt awkward.

Also foreign stuff should be more professional and not talking about private stuff. All in all welcoming atmosphere.

Since it's part of the Hotel New Awaji Group, I was glad to be able to use the large public baths at other hotels in the group. I heard that you can travel by boat or use the shuttle bus until 6:30 PM, so you can go empty-handed, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. The customer service from the hotel staff was also excellent.

The room was spacious and the view was beautiful!
The only thing that bothered me was that it was hard to find where to turn the lights on and off.

The hotel facilities and services are excellent!

Very clean, a very comfortable stay

10.06.2024 Chen

The room type that includes brunch and dinner is very high-end. The hot springs are also good. You can take the hotel car to the main hotel to soak in it, but this place is great. There is also an oven service, which is also very good. You can also have your luggage delivered to the Osaka hotel. The cost is not high. I will stay here again if I have the chance, and I will meet Yating who can talk about noon. I will go to see you next time. I hope you are still there.

I was very happy with the kind response from the employees.
The room is clean and I am satisfied.
As for the cooking, I ordered my favorite Shirako on the day and they accommodated me.
