This hotel is absolutely terrible. The service was okay, but the bed was really uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise. I would never recommend it unless you're willing to suffer. I booked two nights and spoke to the front desk because I couldn't sleep, but they refused to refund the second night. I will never book this hotel again. I've stayed at this chain before and it was very good, but this one is terrible. I strongly advise against trying it!

There was hair from other people in the bathroom, on the bathtub, on the wall, and near the shampoo box. I wonder if the room is cleaned properly.

The room was cleaned once every 4 days and the free breakfast was good. It was quite comprehensive.
It is a little far from the city, 30-40 minutes to Akihabara or Shinjuku.

The hotel is easily recognisable and has a nice setting. However, you still need to be careful when checking in at night. It is generally safe, but you need to cross the road after exiting the JR line. The hotel's internal environment is acceptable, better than Hong Kong Hotel and slightly inferior to China Hotel. It is a great value for a Japanese capsule and cheap hotel, and is highly recommended for travelers who are going to Kawasaki or Utsunomiya the next day.

The hotel was clean and the view from the room was amazing, with a great view of Mt. Fuji.

Breakfast is included and has a wide variety of menu items, and it's delicious.

When I go to Toda Park again, Toyoko Inn is the only choice♪

The room is more spacious and brighter than expected, and there is free breakfast. Except that the road from the subway station to the hotel is a bit quiet (if you are a girl, you should be more careful when walking alone at night), but there is actually no problem. It is very quiet and good.
