Very good hotel with all necessary facilities for holiday and shopping. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking but they are changing the policy later.

The place is very nice: the infrastructure is very good, all the christmas decorations and the hall are amazing. We had problems with the reservation (prior arrival) and Yuri helped us a lot not only with the reservation but also with all the information regarding the resort and the area. Unfortunately at the front desk anyone speaks english: we always used the translate, but all were very nice....

Wonderful view out of my room in the West wing which I believe is the newer wing. Huge room and bathroom. Well maintained! It is in the middle of the island so easy to take Uber to all the main attractions.

Our no.1 choice when we come to Okinawa for vacation! It’s near by the route 58, so you can go anywhere pretty easy! The hotel staffs were friendly and welcoming, felt great to staying here. The room was big enough and clean, also the free drinks and snacks were a wonderful touch! Would definitely stay here whenever we’re in Okinawa.

New hotel with two levels of free parking; Room is rather small but comes with standard amenity (without microwave oven); Location is rather isolated but a FamilyMart is adjacent to the hotel main entrance. Complementary happy hour (4-7pm) with free sakes and snacks.

For traveling, the location is a bit far from most attractions, but for a business trip, the hotel works very well with its good facilities and breakfast. There is also a convenience store downstairs, along with available parking space.

The hotel is very new and modern. Rooms are correct and a big bigger than in other cities in Japan. They are very clean and have a nice balcony facing the seaside. The staff is very kind and they serve free drinks from 4-7pm. The breakfast is correct and offers a little variaty of food. Products are in general fresh. There's a Family Market 24/7 just at the entrance of the hotel. Few nice restaurants...

Really nice vibes overall. We had a sea-view room on a high floor, and waking up to the ocean from the balcony was a great start to the day. Every single person at the front desk was smiling and adorable, very warm and kind to everyone ~ ^_^ The sea view from the room was superb; it was so peaceful to lie down and watch the sea. It would have been even more perfect if I hadn't been sick and could have taken a shower and pampered myself. I look forward to my next stay!

The room was nice and the service was great. The ocean view was beautiful, but unfortunately my room was on a lower floor so the view wasn’t as perfect as I hoped. Since the hotel has free bike rental service, we rode bikes to American Village (5 min) and Araha Park and Beach (1 min), hotel location is convenient. Facing the ocean with fantastic views, we could even watch the sunset, and there's a seawall promenade for leisurely strolls. It's just a 15-minute walk along the seawall to American Village. The hotel also has ample parking space behind it. Being set back from the road, it's very quiet at night, making it a truly enjoyable place for a vacation.

The place is about 5min drive to the American Village. It's actually a long walk to the village even though the people tells u it's just near by. You can walk... If you are a Singaporean, double confirm chop, you should drive. Our walking distance for far and near is very very different from the Japanese and Koreans, or most other countries. I'm staying nearby while visiting relatives. Transportation is so-so; there are shopping malls and parking lots nearby. However, room cleaning requires prepayment. You have to throw away your used towels and get clean ones yourself. Breakfast is very basic: coffee, drinks, and 3-4 kinds of small bread rolls.

It's conveniently located within walking distance of Ginowan Beach and the shopping mall. The room was clean and comfortable, from the bed to the bathroom. The breakfast was also satisfying, with a wide selection of drinks including chewy bread, salad, coffee, soup, fruit juice, and milk.

The room was a little small, but it didn't bother me since I was there for work. There was a convenience store nearby, and the izakaya next to the hotel was nice.

Because it is in a residential area, the entrance to the apartment next door is visible from the window, so I couldn't open the curtains. It was clean, but the building is old, so I was bothered by the smell of humidity. The bread and salad at breakfast were delicious. The staff were also polite. I think it's very cheap for this price, including breakfast, so I recommend it if you don't mind the smell

I had business in Urasoe, but there were no hotels there, so I looked for one in Ginowan. While there are many resort hotels, I was glad to find this business hotel. I didn't have time to swim, but I was able to walk to the beach in the morning for about 15 minutes, so I was able to get a taste of Okinawa.

The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities and a comfortable stay. Check-in was self-service so it was very easy and didn't take long. At night, there was someone (a child?) on the floor above who was running around and it was very noisy so I called the staff, but they seemed half asleep and didn't do anything to improve the situation. The mattress is too soft; there are too few hooks in the shower room and they should be attached to the upper corners to prevent clothes from getting wet

This is my second time staying here. It's very convenient as there are supermarkets and shopping facilities nearby. I think it's very convenient for long-term stays.
