Naha, 3-2-1 Nishi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel itself is large in scale with also a great onsen free for all hotel occupants. But the overall impression is a bit old and tarnished in the room.
This hotel is not new but is well maintained in my opinion, we had a comfortable 5 nights stay. Located at a quiet corner in Naha city, Naha port with unblock port view. Pleasant experience with the reception though require a little guessing work when the carpark uncle tries to redirect us to the alternate open air hotel carpark, we managed with the given map, a short walk away. Basement parking at...
The Grand Hotel offers decent value for money, though it's a bit on the expensive side. The room rates are pretty good, all things considered. It's located near the beach, but honestly, the surrounding sandy areas aren't all that great.
The hotel was very clean, and the stay was comfortable, with excellent service. However, the hot spring was really dirty, with all sorts of suspended particles. It was obvious the circulation system wasn't working well.
Great location,easy to come!
Have suoermarket near the hotel, but the facilities are fewer.
Decently sized room. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It’s a good place to stay if you have rented your own car. Carpark for 1700yen per day. In its lobby there is a Familymart so and a souvenir store so overall it’s a convenient place!
Didn’t get a chance to really explore its amenities as I’m out most of the days, but I would recommend for its price!

Great location, very close to the subway station. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and they even offered free drinks and ice cream. For a Japanese hotel, the room size was quite generous.
The room was clean and quiet, and the service was good.
Second visit, great overall experience.
Blue Seal ice cream all-you-can-eat and high-quality hotel supplies.
Next to a 7-11 with many late-night snack options.
Close to Kokusai Dori (International Street), about a 10-minute walk, with less noise at night.
Quality hotel, breakfast is delicious and you can get blue seal ice cream every day. My kid and I so enjoyed eating. ☺️@First floor has 7/11, it’s very convenient.
Very good location — just a few minutes’ walk to the monorail, and there’s a 7-Eleven right under the hotel. Breakfast is nice, and they even offer free drinks and Blue Seal ice cream, which is a lovely touch.
We have stayed at this hotel numerous times since 2015, and it has consistently been a convenient choice due to its fantastic location near the train station. The breakfast is enjoyable, though the restaurant can feel a bit cramped, especially when it's busy with travelers. During this visit, we noticed that the room seemed recently renovated—it was clean and free of the cigarette smell that we had...

On my 2 weeks trip this was my best hotel.Super friendly staff who speaks perfect English.Rooms cozy and quiet.Just 1 minute away from monorail. There is a nice park next to it if you need a relaxing time. We found good review so since it is just a late overnight and the price is good so we booked it.
4-5 monorail stations away from airport. We paid 280yen per pax for ticket.
The hotel is just next to monorail. There is lift service so no problem taking big luggage. There is a family mart so we it is so convenient and we took a quick light dinner, many varieties from noodles, sushi, rice and they can...
Breakfast good, staffs are friendly and helpful. Train station right at doorstep. 15min Walking distance to Kouri Street.
Beautiful room and great service! we ended up paying more to upgrade our room to a larger one as the 161sq one was too tiny to manoeuvre around the bed. we would highly recommend!

Large parking space is available. Hotel is bit away from city center. By car it’s only 10mins or less. Very clean and comfortable.
Humidifier in the room is great for the winter.
Staff is fluent in English.
The Executive Room is truly great, I'll definitely be back next time! So many perks: afternoon tea, cocktails, lots of food, draft beer, sparkling wine – a must-try for anyone who enjoys a good drink! Highly recommended.
I booked two separate reservations for a two-day stay! Please refer to my previous review for more details.😅 This hotel is a bit of a distance from the station, so it's best to have a car! Okinawa's weather is unpredictable; it's great for walking around when it's nice, but very inconvenient if it's raining or windy!
Very clean, though the room was a bit compact, the amenities were excellent. We were very satisfied with all the hotel provisions.
Thank you for everything! I met a lovely receptionist named Annie in the front office—she's a passionate lady. The location is great too, just a 20-minute walk to the city centre.
With a rental car, access is no issue at all. The location is quiet, and the hotel facilities and service are excellent. The parking fee is 1,500 yen per day.

There was a large public bath, which was nice.
The location on Kokusai Street was quite convenient. I was also very satisfied with the large communal bath. However, disposable amenities like toothbrushes weren't automatically provided, so I had to request them directly from the front desk.
The bathroom had a moldy smell and didn't feel clean. I'm sensitive to smells so it didn't feel very good.
The APA Hotel Naha is a beautiful hotel made for exactly what you need. Especially if you're here for a business trip or pleasurable stay. The price are very affordable. If you would like to stay in the Naha area with the great shopping during the day. The night life in this area is just as close! Right on the beginning of Matsuyama, located next to a 7 Eleven 24 hours so cheap food and drinks are...

Very good hotel with all necessary facilities for holiday and shopping. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking but they are changing the policy later.
Thank you for always clean the room so much grateful
My family of 4 had a lovely Christmas stay at Laguna Garden Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurants. Our room was a decent size and comfortable for whenever we could squeeze in some downtime. The sea view from our balcony was a joy to wake up to every morning and the fresh air coming into the room together with the comfortable beds in the quiet...
The place is very nice: the infrastructure is very good, all the christmas decorations and the hall are amazing.
We had problems with the reservation (prior arrival) and Yuri helped us a lot not only with the reservation but also with all the information regarding the resort and the area.
Unfortunately at the front desk anyone speaks english: we always used the translate, but all were very nice....
Wonderful view out of my room in the West wing which I believe is the newer wing. Huge room and bathroom. Well maintained! It is in the middle of the island so easy to take Uber to all the main attractions.

Very poor parking service!!!
At the first day, we’ve told the staff we need the parking the following day. The staff confirmed us and told us about the parking fee.
The second day, we would like to park the car but another staff asked us if we have the parking ticket. Surely we didn’t have since no one announced us. The staff said because our car is a big car (Noah) and there are no space for us...
Love our stay! 👍👍
Good location, food and services!! 👏🏻👏🏻
location was great. near to the shopping district. room is decent sized able to open 2large luggage. toilet was small. and wished there is more area to hang towel however upon request for clothes rack it was available. need a basket to collect used towels though
Extremely close to Kokusai Street, yet it's a quiet retreat. The staff at the entrance were always very friendly when we came and went. However, the front desk forgot to give us two breakfast vouchers during check-in, but luckily we noticed in time and they promptly provided them. Also, the room had sealed windows, which made the air circulation feel a bit poor, and the breakfast variety wasn't very...
Location: About a 5-minute walk from Makishi monorail station, making it convenient to reach Makishi Market and the shopping street on foot. Kokusai Street is also not too far away.

The room was quite spacious, and I was assigned to the tenth floor, which offered a nice view. There's a capsule coffee machine in the room, and the coffee I made in the morning tasted good. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Kokusai Street.

Had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated hotel. Highly recommended especially to those who value bigger rooms
The hotel's location is a bit average. Although it's about a 10-15 minute walk to Kokusai Dori, the uphill and downhill sections can be a bit tiring. The hotel itself is quite old; even after renovation, it still doesn't feel new. The value for money is just okay. The dining options within the hotel are a little pricey.
This is a very nice hotel all around. Rooms are small but elegant. A lot better than most American hotel rooms in terms of amenities. The rooms are very quiet. The two most outstanding things about this place is: 1) there service (everyone) and 2) the amazing breakfast buffet (well worth it). The location is convenient to everything: Kokusai-Dori (10-15 minute walk), airport. Also, there is a 7-11...
Fantastic hotel off the touristy area but in a convenient location. Hotel is currently under renovations and the new rooms are spacious and very nice. Breakfast spread is one of the nicest I have had anywhere. Location is local but walkable to some very good restaurants. Highly recommended.

The room size was decent, though the furniture looked a bit dated. What really stood out was the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. For just 300 yuan, it offered fantastic value for money.
very nice hotel, big parking space, quite convenient. A whale watching pick up spot
I forgot to bring my iPad.
They call me immediately and kee It for me.
Thank you so much.
Quite an old hotel. Plenty of car park available. Not easy for those traveller who dont rent car.
The room was quite spacious, and equipped with a full range of amenities, including a smart toilet, a mini-fridge, and a safe. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. Opening the window offered a view of the Pacific Ocean. The breakfast area had a great ambiance, and the breakfast selection was extensive, featuring Western, Chinese, and Japanese options, including fish, meat, vegetables, and local specialties...
A hotel that leaves much to be desired. The decor and facilities are incredibly dated, reminiscent of Japan's Heisei era. During my three-day stay, I had to switch rooms four times, as every room had some issue, be it with the air conditioning or the windows/doors. The service, however, was decent, and they provided a complimentary room upgrade.

My stay in smile hotel was wonderful. My family wish we can stay for more days. I really enjoyed my stay. It's fell like home, because the staffs are kind and always smiling..
The hotel was very clean and hygienic, which was great. There are also many good dining options nearby.
The hotel is just one stop away from Naha Airport (TK2) and a 7-8 minute walk. Be warned, there's a big hill, so it can be a bit challenging with luggage, but fine if it's not raining. The closest Yui Rail station is Kenchō-mae, about an 11-minute walk. The 3rd floor is the smoking floor, with all other floors being non-smoking. If you book late, you might only get a smoking room. I stayed in rooms...
The nearest bus stop is one stop away from Naha Airport, a 7-8 minute walk from there. Kokusai-dori Station on the Yui Rail Line is a little over a 10-minute walk. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but within walking distance of Naminoue Shrine and Kokusai Dori. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is better than most hotels in Japan. Definitely book a twin room on the 11th floor...
Aside from the small room where I could barely open my suitcase, everything else was great. It's about a 10-minute walk to the monorail station.
The hotel's location is excellent; there's a bus stop just a few hundred meters away, and Kokusai Street is only about a 10-minute walk. To the left of the hotel, you'll find the Confucius Temple and Fuzhou Garden. To the right, Naminoue Shrine is a 5-minute walk. The room space is also sufficient.

Overall, the hotel was really great, but I was surprised that a hotel of this star rating didn't have a gym. Their ads and pictures all showed a gym, but I couldn't find it until I asked the front desk and discovered they don't have one. I ended up having to run up and down the hills outside the hotel instead.
Great location to Shuri Castle, hotel is nice and clean, breakfast variety is decent and actually better than most of local hotel.
everything is good except the air condition is not function good , the room temperature is hot .
If you have a car, the access is good, and it's a nice hotel!
Absolutely loved the stay! Anthony and Thapa were very helpful at the front desk.
It seems a bit difficult to access without a rental car, and as an older hotel, it doesn't have many special facilities. It's a good hotel to stay at the night before an international flight.

Had a great stay at the hotel, they provided a lot of different amenities and it’s located next to a station hence getting around, especially to the airport, was very convenient. The toilet was also very spacious. Overall a pleasant stay and would love to be back again.
Great location just steps away from the main Kokusaidori street. Room cleaned every 3 days with possibility to change towels, but not empty the trash. Breakfast good, but a bit crowded. Overall would definitely recommend.
We booked a 27-square-meter twin room, and it was very comfortable for a family of three. There was still plenty of space to move around even after opening our large suitcases. Since we have a one-year-old baby, the hotel thoughtfully pushed the twin beds together and against the wall beforehand, which was very considerate. The hand soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were of good quality and pleasant...
Extremely convenient location! The monorail's Asahibashi Station has direct access to the hotel lobby on the second floor. Plus, Kokusai Street and the bus stop for route 120 are right downstairs.
This hotel is super close to Makishi Station, just a quick walk over the skybridge. It's also only a 5-10 minute walk to Kokusai Dori, making it really convenient for getting around. However, there seem to be more and more Indian cleaning staff now, and the cleaning isn't as thorough as it used to be. Plus, they only provided slippers once.
Beyond its convenient location, there's not much to write home about. It served its purpose as a one-night stopover. It's a run-of-the-mill business hotel.

Good location and good service
The hotel is near the monorail stop and easy to get to from the airport. The hotel building itself is beautiful, and the rooms are slightly larger than typical in Japan. It's convenient that open suitcases fit neatly under the bed, allowing for easy movement around the room. The bed was soft, with four pillows; we slept well. The chair isn't a massage chair, but it reclines into a comfortable reclining...
Hotel area is convenient. Many rest nearby, Room is clean. Breakfast is basic but delicious. The massage chair is remarkable.
When I checked in, I was approached by someone at the counter next to me. They explained the Halloween campaign to the Japanese guests, but not to me. After I got to my room, when I put out the bath mat, a woman's hair came out. I was also bothered by the fact that the sink in the bathroom was taped down.
The staff in counter is not very warm hearted but OK and the staff in the restaurant is very friendly. We would like to stay here next time in Okinawa because the room price is reasonable and the bed sheets and quilt are clean and smell nice and the location is near the bus station and also monorail station
The hotel was much nicer than I expected for the inexpensive price. There is parking service and a laundry room and it's literally a stone's throw away from the monorail station, which is very convenient for getting to the airport. Simple, basic and no frills but everything you need is on point.

This hotel is nowhere near the 5-star standard advertised on Trip.com and is, at best, a 3-star property.
The facility hours are very limited, especially for a hotel claiming to be luxury. The rooftop bar closes at 9 pm, which is far too early, and we were also told at check-in that access to the infinity pool costs extra at around JPY 1,100 per adult. Charges like this should be made clear upfront...

Good location and room is very clean and big for two person
The hotel's location is excellent, situated on a quiet side street, yet only about a 3-minute walk to Kokusai Dori (International Street) – offering a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Additionally, the room size, decor, and service were all quite satisfactory. The only downside was the breakfast, which was rather ordinary and could use some improvement.
The room was quite basic, and breakfast was just okay. The location is pretty good, and it offers decent value for money. The claim of dozens of breakfast options felt a bit exaggerated; there weren't nearly that many varieties.
We were traveling with a child, and the hotels in Yomitan and American Village allowed us to check in before 2 PM. The American Village hotel even let us have the room by 1 PM. However, this hotel required us to wait until 3 PM, although an early check-in was possible for an additional 2500 yen. There was some dust on the room floor that hadn't been cleaned. If you're looking for good value, Toyoko Inn is always a solid choice. It was my first time in Naha, so I wasn't familiar with the area. I took the wrong exit and had to haul my luggage over a pedestrian bridge, but thankfully, my suitcase wasn't too heavy, so it wasn't too bad.

The room faces a main road, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might find it quite loud at night with motorbikes. There's also a slight, unidentifiable humming noise coming from somewhere within the room itself.
I think the location was very good, you're in front of the river and in your area there's convenience stores
There was a ********* male front desk staff member who, upon realizing I was from mainland China, became quite cold and impolite.
