The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff were very kind. I would like to use it again.

The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities and a comfortable stay.
Check-in was self-service so it was very easy and didn't take long.
At night, there was someone (a child?) on the floor above who was running around and it was very noisy so I called the staff, but they seemed half asleep and didn't do anything to improve the situation.
If only that hadn't happened it would have been a quiet and comfortable stay so it was a shame.

The mattress is too soft; there are too few hooks in the shower room and they should be attached to the upper corners to prevent clothes from getting wet

Overall not bad. The floor is too thin and the sound of walking upstairs is very loud.

This is my second time staying here.
It's very convenient as there are supermarkets and shopping facilities nearby.

I stayed here for my child's exam. It's in a residential area, on a quiet back street, so it was great for students. If you rent a car, it's about 10 minutes to Chatan and about 30 minutes to the airport. The room was well equipped and clean.
There was a grave right in front of the entrance, so it was a little scary to go shopping at night. The floors inside were all marble-like, so it was very cold and slippery, so I recommend bringing non-slip socks. I think it would be comfortable in the summer. I would appreciate it if I have the opportunity to stay again.

Although check-in and check-out were not on time, we were able to stay with peace of mind as we were given detailed information. My son had an important event, an entrance exam, and he really liked the surroundings and the room. Thank you very much.
As this was not the room's intended use, the room was a little lacking in brightness, which was a request. We also opened the curtains and used the blinds, but dust had accumulated. There was a little dust in the corners of the room as well, so
it would be appreciated if you could clean up the details.
There were supermarkets and other facilities nearby, and access was good, so overall we had a very good stay.
We hope to use it again next time.
