We booked a Japanese-style room with a sea view balcony. I really like the bike rental, shuttle service and refreshments! They agreed to book the shuttle for me via email because I cannot phone calls. Staff are nice. Room is clean and you can enjoy the public bath, including a small sauna room. All in all, this is a good place to stay with your family!

It is probably the best hotel in Karatsu city with beautiful sea view. This hotel has various facilities, including SPA, onsen and warm swimming tools etc. which is good for family taking the vocation. The buffet is also OK. However, the room rate is not cheap. However, from the viewpoint of taking the family taking, this hotel is still recommended.

It's a bit disappointing, it's comparatively low cost performance. The outdoor onsen is lukewarm, 36-38℃ even in Winter Time. Food is good, but the restaurant environment is noisy and too bright. Overall, it's morr For family group.

very lovely place! it is new (opened in July 2025). The service from when your car is in the porch (There's a valet), till check out, it was perfect. The onsen was great. So satisfied! The hot springs were great, and the room was clean and cozy. The staff were warm and polite, with excellent attention to detail. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the value for money was excellent. I will definitely visit again.

The hotel is tucked in a quiet part of the town but it's conveient because of the pick up service. Overall, it was fine but a bit pricy for the food the hotel provided. Not value for money as the ingredients of food were basic and the price they charged were fairly high. Will not return again.

A very relaxing place and if you need a peaceful and restful holiday, I would recommend this place. They are away from busy shopping or town so you practically just relax while you there and enjoy the hot spring.

We arrived a bit early this time, but the hotel insisted on an extra charge for early check-in. While the facilities are quite new, the layout isn't great. The sauna's showers are inconvenient, requiring an elevator ride to another floor. The staff's service attitude wasn't very good.

The hotel is located near Takeo Onsen Station, about a 10-minute drive away. The rooms are spacious and have private baths and tatami mats. The meals include local specialty Saga beef, and drinks are available in the lounge.

I stayed here after staying at the sister hotels in Saga and Nagasaki. It was a wonderful trip, just as good as Saga and Nagasaki. Dinner and breakfast were especially excellent. They had dishes using mentaiko, which gave it a local feel and was enjoyable. It was also entertaining to see the chef cook right in front of you. It was the best. This has to be the best hotel in Fukuoka ! The room is super spacious and beautiful. Love their in room breakfast. The view was breathtaking. They do provide lounge are as complimentary every night from 8p.m-11p.m too and it's free flow alcohol and snacks. The front desk are helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we visit Fukuoka.

Very spacious room, nice lounge with free drinks in the afternoon and evening, lots of different alcohol to try out. There are small snacks in the evening and self made udon at 22:00. Free parking and paid onsen nearby. The staffs are all super nice and helpful, we feel very comfortable staying there. The location is deserted but free shuttle buses are available.

The location is convenient. Its view is very beautiful, as it's right besides the river. The reception staffs are friendly and really willing to help. They can speak fluent English, and helped us made a few calls to make restaurant reservation, check strawberry farms. Their advices on balloon and strawberry farm were both correct. The hotel is quite large. We checked in late at night, but luckily there was still staff available to help us. There's a park downstairs from the hotel, and a bus stop nearby where you can catch a bus to Saga Airport.

A pretty good hotel overall, but the hot spring management was a bit chaotic. There were a few ********* kids splashing around in the hot spring, which really ruined the experience. Other than that, the hotel was excellent, especially the value for money of the buffet, particularly dinner.

This hotel has an elegant environment and comprehensive facilities, including a swimming pool and a comfortable large bath. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind, making you reluctant to leave. The hotel is standing on the hill looking down Sasebo harbor. You can see the islands in Saikai National Park depends on the room direction. They have a big bath and the private bath both. Room was big and can fitted with our big luggages but it was not renovated in to the modern style yet, and onsen was very crowded and not privacy after 9-10 pm.

Our trip to Huis Ten Bosch was compounded a hundred fold by staying at Hotel Okura Jr. The place is awesome and has a boat ride exclusive for hotel guests. The room is spacious and the breakfast is amazing! Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Huis Ten Bosch Nagasaki!

It's a classic, grand hotel, equipped with high-end toiletries. The room was very clean and tidy.

The hotel is a little dated, but service is good. There is a public bath, but no gym. The hotel is very close to Huis Ten Bosch and has a private gate going to HTB once you have already purchase a ticket. You can request for extra pillows to use for free and you can choose pillow type (soft, medium, hard)

Not sure about the Japanese culture. We tried to check in at morning time, but we got the only response that the check-in starts at 3:00PM. No extra information about how to enter the Park, or anything. We need to figure out that ourselves. We walked to the main entrance, and back there. We found out later that we could save our walk if we enter the hotel on another entrance. It will be wonderful if...

Great place to stay when visiting the Huis Ten Bosch Park.  Very good and friendly services.

The hotel service was attentive and thoughtful, the environment was clean and comfortable, and the meals were exquisite and delicious. Every detail made me feel warmly at home. It was a very satisfying stay, and I sincerely recommend it! The location is excellent, but the room facilities are a bit old.

The twin bed room overlooks the cruise entrance and is more spacious than expected. Even though the hotel is old it suits the European theme and the amenities are adequate. Will consider staying again when visit huis ten Bosch.  The dinner at Der Admiraal is great as well with wine pairing and 9 course meal. Worth the price.
