A very nice hotel. You can even soak in the hot springs at night. It's about a 17-minute walk to Karatsu Castle. I would definitely stay here again next time.

If you speak English well, it will be very convenient, as there are many English instructions. Great place for a night stay. The room has its own massage chair and the view of the river makes you feel calm and relax. The public bath open till 10.30 pm so you can enjoy a hot bath after dinner. For those who drives, it is free parking. Only downside the mattress is very soft and the pillow is kinda shallow.

I requested a room with a good view and got a very nice room on the 9th floor. Breakfast was just bread and rice balls, but it was delicious. It was a convenient location, close to the station, bus center, and convenience store.

It was just so so. I booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. And the window looked out to the cemetery. No explanation was given.

I used the hotel as lodging during a fishing trip by car, but it was also a great location for exploring the town of Karatsu, so I enjoyed it.

This is a beautiful ryokan with fabulous rooms and a lovely garden. The staff are, without exception, absolutely wonderful. The food is excellent too. It’s a leisurely short walk to both the beach and the castle and only a 25 minute stroll or 6 minute taxi ride to Karatsu station. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough

Great spot if you’re looking to unwind in tranquillity. We took the room with bath in sea view. The view was no doubt fantastic but not a great idea in winter as the shower is also in open air. The hotel is exquisitely designed with a high-class ambiance, very clean and comfortable. The room facing the sea offers a beautiful view, and the bathroom also overlooks the ocean. I visited in late December, when it was very cold and windy, so soaking in the hot spring felt wonderful. The breakfast was exceptional both in taste and presentation, truly gourmet.

I went on a trip with friends, and the beach was right in front of the accommodation, and it was really fun because there was a pool and a large bath. However, we didn't make a dinner reservation in advance, so there were no restaurants nearby, so we had a bit of a hard time finding dinner.

The service was excellent, and any inquiries were addressed promptly. The ocean view was stunning. The first floor was connected to the breakfast, dinner, and smoking rooms. A very comfortable and quiet place to stay.

This was my family's second visit after 6 years ago, and it was just as good. In particular, the free 45-minute use of the outdoor hot spring with a sea view was the best in terms of satisfaction and healing.

All in all is good in the area for this price range. One shower in the 8 beds dorm could be too little if most needs a shower in the morning before checking out by 10 am

The hotel is in a very convenient location and overall the place is quite clean. Our room did have a noticeable smell when we checked in, but having an air purifier in the room helped manage it. The staff were friendly and pleasant to interact with. Overall, it was a good stay with just a minor issue.

Quiet and chill place to stay with if you need a very relaxed break. Closed to the seashore and castle which is about just 5 mins walk. Great food with careful and hearty preparation, both dinner and breakfast, impressive to eat in a 2nd floor room with sea view and super spacious. Small hot bath but super clean and ordered, very few visitors so I enjoy it alone. Highly recommended.

A Great Experience, Warm Memories The space was quiet and beautiful. Every detail was so clean that it felt like every detail had been meticulously maintained.
