I got the private onsen Japanese style room. It was the most pricey option, and was a little dusty, but it had an amazing view and was spacious.They provided a total of 4 sets of futons, and came to set them up for me every evening. I was personally a little creeped out by the (harmless and common) bloodworm larvae in the private onsen, but it didn't take away much from the amazing experience of soaking...
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Aoshima bus stop, as you head out to the beach and enjoy the view of the sea. It took a little longer to get to the station. There are no convenience stores nearby, but you can buy drinks and food near the entrance to Aoshima, so you can buy shaved ice and fries and relax on the beach. From Miyazaki Bougainvillea Airport, take bus number 2 for about 25 minutes. Then walk 3 minutes to Aoshima to reach the hotel. The ocean is right in front of you. The open-air bath on the rooftop is switched between men and women at night and in the morning. The water is thick and silky smooth on the skin.
Aoshima, quieter than Miyazaki Perfect location to enjoy the Aoshima sea Soaking in the bathtub and looking out the small window at the Pacific Ocean. Dinner. Breakfast buffet. Rooftop hot spring. It was so great I was really thankful for the staff who spoke a little Korean in the restaurant. Make sure to get an ocean view room!
The environment is beautiful, clean and tidy.
The ocean is right in front of you and the view from the room is amazing. There are two hot springs, one in the basement and one on the rooftop. We were able to bathe in the hot springs even after checking out. The hotel itself is old, but the service was very satisfactory.

this is one of the best hotels i have lived so far...it is not those luxury type but its design is definitely perfect!!! Service is perfect, breakfast was nice.

THE place to pay a visit for true "omotenashi" experience! Highly recommended.
I had an unbelievable experience here. Free drinks and snacks upon arrival and handwritten welcome card made me feel right at home. Contemporary room design and great furniture. Outdoor bath and patio were excellent additions as well as a beautiful view of the city. Not to mention an exceptional lounge and restaurant. Very quiet environment and friendly service. Thank you very much!
Excellent hotel with good service good maintenance and we staff serving with positive attitude. Lovely greetings with ladies staff all out to provide their best service. Nice room and well thought out design. Great food with good quality meat as vegetables. Love this place out of nowhere. Pics later.

Wonderful hotel with great facilities, very friendly staff. We stayed there for a week for our family summer vacation. There is a beach near the Sheraton, perfect for young kids, very safe, and great burger place next to it. We also enjoyed at the restaurant Pine Terrace the great buffet selection for breakfast and dinner. Again, perfect for a family vacation, and we will definitely go there again...
Good value. Miyazaki may be underrated as a get away destination and the Sheraton is one of the great tourism assets on offer.
Sheraton never fails to surprise us with every stays (different sheratons from around the globe). The services offered were good and staffs were friendly and professional. Thank you once again, would definitely love to be back again and again!

Use the combination lock to open the room door, and pick up the hot spring bathrobe yourself in the hotel lobby. I stayed in a connecting room with two single bed rooms connected together. The Hollywood twin room we stayed in this time is much larger than the general bunk bed room. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and you can choose your own pillow. In addition, there is a Welcome Bar and tea-soaked rice on the first floor at night. It is very relaxing to have a drink after taking a bath.
Ms. Zhang at the front desk explained clearly and provided attentive service. The hotel offers a variety of pillows for guests to choose from. It was the best night's sleep on this trip.
The room is small but facilities are complete and good. Location is very strategic with plenty of food options around. Parking with a fee of 1,100 yen. Onsen, free drinks including alcohol and simple supper is a plus point to this hotel.
