Wonderful hotel with great facilities, very friendly staff. We stayed there for a week for our family summer vacation. There is a beach near the Sheraton, perfect for young kids, very safe, and great burger place next to it. We also enjoyed at the restaurant Pine Terrace the great buffet selection for breakfast and dinner. Again, perfect for a family vacation, and we will definitely go there again...

Good value. Miyazaki may be underrated as a get away destination and the Sheraton is one of the great tourism assets on offer.

I felt that the location was great as I could walk to the downtown area and Miyazaki Station. It was cheap but the room was clean. It was my first time in Miyazaki and I'm glad I chose it.

This time I came to Miyazaki to play golf with an old work colleague. There was a large public bath and sauna, so it was great for relieving fatigue.

I stayed here for business. It was nice to have a large, comfortable bath. However, both the room and the bath are historically old.

I usually use Marix Lagoon, but Marix is ​​also the best 🙌 The hot springs were great and the breakfast was also very satisfying. I will definitely use them again when I stay in Miyazaki in the future.

There were no particular problems as I was staying without meals, but it was a little cold and when I tried to use the air conditioner, it was on cooling mode, but since it was managed by the front desk, I couldn't turn it on or off from the room.

It's in a very convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby and right above Donki with direct access by elevator. There are many choices of shampoo and hair conditioner available for guests to use. The only down side is the air-con only has heat available in late Feb and windows are locked. It makes the room very warm and we need to open the door to let some fresh air in.

It was nice that they sold food at the counter for cheap! It was also easy to access no matter where you went.

I'm a big fan of the bath inside the hotel. Free for guests and 550 yen for visitors (parking included). They give you two rental towels. There's an outside bath and sauna as well. Not as big as the other bath in town, but the layout of the rooms make it feel more relaxed.

No doubt the hotel is facing the sea , but there is not many shop or restaurant open nearby to offer meals only can eat in the hotel owned restaurant that is not very interesting.

It's about 20-30min drive into Miyazaki town but thats not the main reason why you'd choose this Hotel. It's right by the Sea with so much activities that it's one of the places we wished we stayed an extra day. The Hotel is massive and due to the design, it looks like each room will have a good-excellent sea view. Come in the Summer and enjoy the activities and the surrounding areas.

Miyazaki is a small city so getting around is not difficult if you stay in this hotel. There is a few local buses to the hotel from the JR Miyazaki station. I only stayed here one night passing through Miyazaki so I can’t say much about the location. It wasn’t too far of a walk from the train station & there is a convenience store close by. Easy check in process & lots of amenities. My room looked clean but had a really bad smell I couldn’t get over & it kind of turned me off to staying here. Besides that everything was good.

Very basic hotel, very tidy room. No space for the luggage. Twin room have 2x double bed which is much bigger, can place the luggage on the other bed.

The view is great and the sound of the waves is soothing. Check-out at 12 o'clock is also nice. There's no denying that the facilities are a little old, but this creates a relaxed atmosphere that adds to the charm.

The hotel is relatively old and there are no facilities around it. I can't imagine a reason to stay there. The only thing I can say is that the room faces the sea, and it is comfortable to look at the sea view, but there is a lot of rubbish on the beach.

The inn is located in a great spot along the Oyodo River. I went with my parents and daughter, and they liked it so much that they said they wanted to come and stay again. I stayed in a single room, and it had a hot spring, a nice view of the Oyodo River, and was reasonably priced, so it was better than staying at a business hotel. It's a little far to walk to the entertainment district, but that's what you'd expect from a long-established hotel in Miyazaki. It was also used as a lodging for Samurai Japan🇯🇵.

Speaking of Miyazaki, it's the Miyazaki Kanko Hotel, also known as "Miyakan"! The lobby, common areas, rooms, and corridors all had a luxurious feel and a very nice atmosphere. There was nothing particularly bad about it, and I would definitely like to stay here again.

Stayed one night, location is a bit isolated in terms of restaurants and things to do. Definitely an outdated hotel and could do with a renovation, however the room was definitely very large for Japanese standards so the was a plus!(superior queen). If self driving there is a multistory carpark right behind hotel so that’s also a plus.

This Hotel is famous for the tourist but the building is a bit old. Their toilet has old bidet, it’s hard to operate. They have old fashioned key, don’t be confused. But when it comes to service ill give them 5⭐️they are very helpful and polite staff.

Around 6:00 a.m., the doorbell rang, but it turned out to be the wrong number. Two hours later, I was woken up by an apology call from the lobby. Anyone with a bit of common sense wouldn't have called me so early. My weekend was ruined. Afterward, the lobby manager apologized several times, which was a bit of a gesture of sincerity. Nice hotel with reasonable price

There's a parking garage next to the hotel. Was offered free parking by the staff at check-in which is a bonus. It's at a central area with many restaurants nearby. Room is the typical Japanese size and standard which is sufficient for 1 night stay. Staff are friendly. there's a max value supermarket just around the corner.

Location is very good, right next to JR station, there is a mall next to it. Hotel is very clean, staffs are very friendly. We stayed in summer, was assigned the top floor room, so the room was a bit hot during the day time, it was ok during the night time.

Receptionist asked for our parking ticket, but because of the language barrier I couldnt tell if he was going to offer us a subsidised rate for parking. Also that was after we had already parked in a multi-storey carpark directly beside the hotel. Might be worth asking them where to park beforehand and what the rates are.

From Miyazaki Bougainvillea Airport, take bus number 2 for about 25 minutes. Then walk 3 minutes to Aoshima to reach the hotel. The ocean is right in front of you. I used this hotel to go back to my father's hometown. It seems they also have a wedding hall. It's far from the station and downtown, but they offered to take a taxi when I checked in, which was helpful. I had a drink in the lounge and had a comfortable stay.
