Good value. Miyazaki may be underrated as a get away destination and the Sheraton is one of the great tourism assets on offer.

Good facilities, best service..... The best service ever I experienced. They did fireworks everyday in summer season.

Sheraton never fails to surprise us with every stays (different sheratons from around the globe). The services offered were good and staffs were friendly and professional

There is a beach near the Sheraton, perfect for young kids, very safe, and great burger place next to it. We also enjoyed at the restaurant Pine Terrace the great buffet selection for breakfast and dinner

Again, perfect for a family vacation, and we will definitely go there again. Miyazaki city and prefecture have great local food for reasonable prices, and this area is full of old Japan history

100% ocean view. Pay 1000 yen once enjoy seawater hot spring till check-out date. Breakfast (international buffet) is neat. Free shuttle to near attractions.

Surprising good Hotel for an "Inn". Although it's self service check in but their staff stood by me all the way to make sure I had no questions.

Located near many shops and restaurants but it was probably off peak season so the town seemed quite dead. Hotel is quite new and designed differently from other Dormy Inns- more modern. Parking garage is just beside

Good stay in a convenient location. Room size is sufficient to open 2 mid size luggage comfortably and still have room to move around. Self service amenities and extra pillows available at reception level

But to be honest, I relied on the four rice balls in the morning to get through the whole day. Because there was no place to eat properly during the whole day, and the shuttle bus time was awkward

I couldn't sleep because the air conditioner in my room was noisy. Having a humidifier was nice. It's a pity that the breakfast selection is poor. The taste was not good.

I have never seen a hotel with a breakfast buffet that is all rice balls. There are four or five plates of rice balls of various flavors (potato cakes can be wrapped in rice balls)

The room is small but it is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also small but again it is clean and there is a bathtub you can enjoy while you travel or even on business

The hotel is in a good location, downstairs is Ichiban Street, there are many restaurants, and there is a Donki nearby. The room is small but comfortable especially the unique high pillows

Ms. Zhang at the front desk explained clearly and provided attentive service. The hotel offers a variety of pillows for guests to choose from. It was the best night's sleep on this trip.

The women-only floor was also very convenient, and the hot spring was right in front of the room, so it was easy to use, just like at home. There were Refa and shower heads, and the shower head was Refa

The Hotel is massive and due to the design, it looks like each room will have a good-excellent sea view. Come in the Summer and enjoy the activities and the surrounding areas

The room however is a bit small and very limited space left after the beds are set up. The breakfast spread was quite good with Jap and western choices

It's about 20-30min drive into Miyazaki town but thats not the main reason why you'd choose this Hotel. It's right by the Sea with so much activities that it's one of the places we wished we stayed an extra day

We booked a Japanese room and it is quite small. The staff helped to lay the futons and your beds are set up for you quickly in the evening in less than 5 minutes

Location wise, it is about a km from aoshima and a nice stroll along the coast. It also offer wave boarding at about usd100

I am impressed by their memory foam pillow. I had a very good sleep. Car parks get full easily but reception will divert you to the parking nearby Facilities is a bit dated but you get what you pay.

Customer service was nice and welcoming. Did his best to converse in English with us. Toilet looks old and has a smell. Other than that the room is acceptable. The parking is at basement and there is no lift to the lobby

Beaches were very well kept family friendly with free clean toilet facilities including disabled. The sea was warm and safe due to extensive breakwaters

Spent two pleasant and unforgettable nights in your hotel. Saw the beautiful sunset on Qingdao Beach after the heavy rain. Visited the Qingdao Shrine and the mysterious bathing board of the gods

It is a food inn that you can see in the town and a very wonderful general. Breakfast is a thousand yen. It is very tasty. The rooms are old but you can spend a relaxing time. I had a good time. I want to come again.

This ryokan is offer a Japanese style room. When I check in, a staff is take care me like I live at the home. The room is offered Japanese style bed call futon, a yukata, and any useful for take a bath.

In the coming season, drink a cup with Kotobe here and go to Nishitachi! You can also listen to these requests when making reservations at a year-end party etc

A long-established inn located near the prefectural office of Miyazaki

The room is large even for families, so you can relax. The downtown area is a little far away, but I think it's good if you want to go sightseeing. Free parking is the best, and the bath is big.

The host ladies were very friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. It’s a local traditional inn so don’t expect hotel style amenities and rooms

The inn is located in a great spot along the Oyodo River. I went with my parents and daughter, and they liked it so much that they said they wanted to come and stay again. The room was spacious and we were able to relax

Hope future visitors would learn to be quieter in such an older, traditional Japanese inn. But anyway the host ladies’ warm hospitality compensated for the annoyance

Only complaint was the noise from neighboring room(s): you wouldn’t hear their conversations but their foot steps and door closing

Turn left out of thr entrance, walk one block, turn left and a 24 hour super market is on your right. The hotel is accessed by a car elevator garage via the street behind the hotel

Turn right leaving the main entrance, walk about two blocks and you are on Ichiban Gai 一番街, which is the main nightlife drag for those looking for action on the weekend

The best JR hotel that we stayed on our trip. The rooms are huge by JR standard and I can cry for joy with the toilet and bath as it is a full toilet with washing area for the bath and a full size bath

Outdoor bath and patio were excellent additions as well as a beautiful view of the city. Not to mention an exceptional lounge and restaurant. Very quiet environment and friendly service
