The room was very clean and just the right size, and I was pleased with it.
I wish the male staff member at check-in and check-out had been a little more welcoming and friendly.

It's right in front of the station, so it's convenient for taking the train. Trains run infrequently.
The menu is diverse and delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the south exit of Saga Station, offering easy access to both the station and the city center. There are many dining options within the station. The rooms are small but beautifully designed and fully equipped! The breakfast, in particular, is very Japanese, with a wide variety of dishes and daily surprises – a wonderfully diverse and delicious Japanese breakfast! I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit.

The stuff is very friendly, the room is a little bigger than usual but they have a problem with water, sometimes it jumps from warm water to cold for no reason. The breakfast is regular japanese breakfast, small variety but they have default miso soup, rice, vegetables and protein

The hotel had a very good location which is just next to the JR station. The room is very clean and has a good view. Staff at the reception are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet style with excellent food. But it would be better if dessert or some fruit could be served too. Anyway the breakfast was very good.

The hotel is a 2-3 minute walk from Saga Station. The room was spacious enough for two people, clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and bedding. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming, assisting with self-check-in and even helping guests book restaurants serving Saga beef. Skincare products were available for self-pickup at the hotel reception. The buffet breakfast was decent. Highly recommended. I would stay at this hotel again next time I visit Saga.

As most of the Toyoko Inn, this one locates next to the JR Saga station and is pretty convenient for traffic.
The room is relatively big compared to other hotel with new stuff.
