Rihga Royal Hotel Niihama in Niihama

Well rounded facilities. I was present in the seminar hall on the 2nd floor. The capacity is around 300~500 people. Good spacious washrooms and a great ceiling.

It was a hassle that there was no hairbrush in the room.
There may have been one at the front desk, but it was a hassle to go get it after taking a shower in the room, so I wish they would have left a brush or at least told us.

The location was great and I was able to relax. I really enjoyed my trip along the Shimanami Kaido. Thank you very much.

I stayed here around November 20th. I chose to stay overnight for a multi-day course for high school boys. I'm sensitive to cold, but the air conditioning seemed to be good so I didn't get cold and my throat didn't get dry and I was comfortable. It was only adjustable with a dial, but I turned it on and off to adjust it to a weaker setting. It was standard, so the location is not outstanding, but it is sufficient. The breakfast was so delicious that both my son and I had a second helping. The taro was light, soft and moist. I was told at the reception that if cleaning is not necessary, you can leave your towel out and they will put a new one in. Every night we had dinner at the Aeon Mall next door. It's very convenient as you can walk and go shopping. The room was kept very clean and there was little noise at night. The Heart Network festival and local news were interesting and enjoyable.

The location is okay. Because it is next to a large AEON MALL, it can basically meet the shopping requirements, and there is no problem in meeting three meals.

However, the room is relatively old and the equipment is relatively lacking... If you have no special requirements for accommodation, it is still acceptable.

A great place while traveling on the pilgrimage. Very clean. I appreciate the coffee in the lobby.

Good breakfast. Room's bigger than I expected. Nice foot massage machine and steamer. Had a perfect stay. Only thing I would complain is the pillow, not soft at all.

I'm giving 5 stars as this is probably the best hotel in Nihama. It's big and clean reasonably priced right next to a large shopping centre. I stayed here as I was heading to Kure and Hiroshima the next day and wanted to enjoy driving across the bridges that connect the islands.
