Hiroshima Washington Hotel in Hiroshima

I stayed at your hotel from April 3 to April 7, 2026. I am writing this letter to express my heartfelt gratitude to your staff member, Ms. Kawabada, for her outstanding service during my stay. Throughout my visit, Ms. Kawabada demonstrated exceptional professionalism and thoughtful care. She provided me with great support and assistance in reception, daily needs, and overall hospitality. Most importantly, when I encountered an issue with my check-in arrangements, Ms. Kawabada quickly understood the situation and actively helped resolve the problem, ensuring that my stay proceeded smoothly. Her patience and efficiency left a deep impression on me.
Her dedication and professionalism greatly enhanced my experience, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. I firmly believe that Ms. Kawabada’s excellent performance not only reflects her personal qualities but also exemplifies the high standards of service consistently upheld by Washington Hotel Hiroshima.

The location is ideal as near attractions and the shopping street. Lots of food choices and entertainment like Gigo, Round 1 and KTV. A good first trip experience!

The hotel place is very nice and the service is good. But the room wall had little dirty and the tower little dirty.

The Washington hotel in Hiroshima is positionally one of the best hotels that I had the pleasure of staying at as it is located directly beside a PARCO and a Don Quijote. In addition to that, directly opposite of the hotel is a Familymart convenience store and there is also a Sukiya positioned behind the hotel.

The hotel is also located roughly 15-20 minutes away from Hiroshima station ( by streetcar) and roughly 10 minutes away is a round one stadium.

The hotel’s staff were helpful and accomodating and when my friend and I encountered an error with the check in counter, one of the staff dropped what they were doing just to manually check us in. We would recommend this hotel for those who wish to have great convenience at their fingertips along with a very comfortable stay in Hiroshima

Perfect base for Hiroshima. You can easily walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Memorial Park from here. Surrounded by great food options and very convenient.

A lovely clean hotel in the heart of Hiroshima, we only stayed a single night but the rooms were lovely and spacious so would've happily stayed here a while

The room was spacious and clean.

Room and bathroom is good size for Japan, and very clean, comfortable and quiet. Location is great - walking distance to almost everything and close to a tram for Miyajima and for the station. There are eating places all around, and a Don Qijote late night supermarket right nextdoor. We were really impressed, and staff are very helpful. Didn't seem crowded although there are clearly tour groups and plenty of Japanese business visitors.
