I had a quick check on booking.com to see if my review was there but it turns out it wasn't! After my wonderful experience at Petra Night Hotel I'd feel like a thief if I didn't give them the review they deserved! I stayed here for a few days in December and it saved my Jordan trip (no exaggeration). I'd left Amman with some sour opinions so I wasn't expecting much. To my pleasant surprise, I was greeted by one of the kindest and most hospitable family I've ever met !!! A big thank you to Ali his father and mohammed and uncle iprahem!! They would always ask what time I would be coming back to the hotel so they could have the food prepared fresh for me. The hotel was always spotless and I would always come back to a cleaned room with amenities. I lost my card in petra which is a horrible situation in a place like Petra where cash is king but after Ali and his family found out they made sure to help me get cash. When I had trouble with transport and thought I'd miss my flight, Ali and his family helped me get cheap travel to the airport. In regards to how they treated me? Kindness would be an understatement and an insult. They made my stay in Jordan unforgettable and hopefully I will go back there and see them again. Thank you !!!

I highly recommend the staff member Ali. The rooms are very beautiful and spotlessly clean. Everything was available in the room, and check-in and check-out were quick. The receptionist Bilal was extremely helpful and provided us with useful information. Thank you to the hotel for the wonderful stay.

From the moment we arrived, the receptionist greeted us warmly with a wonderful smile and provided excellent service, making for a perfect start to our stay. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene. Every detail reflected meticulous care and professionalism.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the accommodating and accommodating staff. The rooms were clean and excellently tidy, with all the amenities you needed for a comfortable stay experience. The staff were always ready to help, especially the staff Mohammed who was always smiling and cooperative thanks to his efforts, my stay was more comfortable and enjoyable. The location is also excellent, being close to many tourist attractions and public amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and excellent stay. I will definitely come back in the future thank you for making my stay special and specially thank the staffer Mohamed for his excellent service.

My stay at Petra Nights Hotel was one of the most beautiful hotel experiences I had in Petra. The hotel has a great level of cleanliness and comfort, and the rooms are spacious and equipped with all the needs that make the guest feel at home. The furniture is comfortable, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and the amenities available reflect the hotel's interest in the smallest detail.

Service:

The hotel services are excellent, but what distinguishes my stay most is the high-class and professional treatment of the staff.

I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the employee Ibrahim for his extreme kindness and keenness on the comfort of the guests, as he was always smiling and cooperative to the extreme. I also thank the employee Ali for his professionalism and good treatment; he was quick to respond and provided us with effective assistance in everything we need. Having employees with such ethics makes the experience much better.

Location:

The location of the hotel is excellent and close to the basic facilities, making it easy to reach tourist sites in Petra. The place is quiet and suitable to relax after a long day of roaming

The hotel is very clean and comfortable with exceptional service. The rooms have everything you need: good AC/heating system, kettle, hairdryer, mini fridge, television. The staff is proffesional, friendly and ready to help you. They offer many extra services such as traditional Turkish bath, which I recommend to everyone (many thanks to Abdullah for the scrub and massage, he really knows what he is doing). Make sure to stay in for the dinner, they prepare delicious traditional food like Maqlube or Mansaf for a better price than in other restaurants and you can get many useful tips for planning the trip from the manager. I recommend to everyone to stay in this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it seemed like there were no other guests, we were 20 people. The first surprise was that some of us were given rooms on the 5th floor and the lift only went up to the 4th. As for the rooms, there was everything, some carpeted, others tiled, but they were all very dusty, the furniture and doors had not been cleaned, and they were very small. The first meal was dinner, which already indicated what awaited us, a fair dinner, and very, very weak, the desserts were awful. Breakfast was very weak, everything was very sparse, salads with leftovers from the previous dinner. We spent that day in Petra, on our return dinner was exactly the same as the day before, we had dinner in shifts, as some were going to the Petra Night show, they even told us to have dinner at 7 pm so they could close the dining room earlier, dinner was from 7 to 10 pm, they said no. The good things about the hotel were: - The lobby, which has been recently renovated, looks different than what you find in the hallways and rooms. - The terrace on the street where you can have a coffee, tea or whatever you want. - The bar, pub-like.

Very expensive hotel for very poor services. It is located on a busy main road, therefore noisy. My room had a small window overlooking a sordid wall and a construction site. Very dark. Unbearable smell of septic tank in the bathroom. Bed in a bowl…. And staff who were barely friendly. There are so many good addresses elsewhere, and the Jordanians are normally so welcoming… all our other hotels in Jordan were a success, only this one was a fiasco! Advice: run away!

The hotel opened by the little boss himself, the most admirable thing is the pictures on the Internet

Had to stay here for a night as a part of a tour package. The lobby is nice and the gal at reception was very friendly but the rooms are dated. There was barely any water pressure and the water was exceedingly hot and took awhile to cool down. The shuttle wouldn’t take us down to Petra half an hour early without paying them. Dinner at the restaurant upstairs was overpriced and you’re not anywhere walkable to other restaurants. If you want to stay near Petra this is not the hotel for you.
