The rooms are equipped with a fumigator, a hairdryer, and outlets for European plugs (meaning you don't need to bring an adapter from home). A playpen is provided instead of a crib, but it's very comfortable to sleep in. The air conditioning in the rooms is high-quality. The doors to the room have a good lock that prevents small children from opening the door from the inside and escaping. As the mother of a 1-year-3-month-old son, I was very pleased with my stay here. The king-size bed is beyond praise. The food at the Olive Tree restaurant is top-notch.

The hotel is located in the Ayla district, on the shore of an artificial lagoon. Ayla is a gated community with private apartments and the Cloud 7 apartment (I recommend these; the rooms, style, and standard are very high). It also includes shops, cafes, a promenade, a yacht marina, and the Hyatt hotel. The hotel is pleasant, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. Bathrobes are provided, as is a tea corner replenished daily, along with bottled water. The balcony is large, with a "soft lounger" area furnished with pillows, a table, and chairs. The cuisine is international, with delicious pastries for breakfast. The staff is attentive. The beach is sandy (remember, this is an artificial lagoon!), and if you get tired of the private beach, you can go to the nearby beach club, where there's music, a cafe, and more fun activities (admission to the beach club is charged).

This hotel was amazing but couldn’t sleep from the AC generator that was outside my room.

Great service and very clean the staff are amazing we had an incident with my daughter and we had 2 great mangers came to help to check on her the front desk manager subhi Alhaddid and the operational manger who is literally every where on top of everything Mohamed elishi they did a great job to make sure all is good and I can’t forget the amazing chef who made our stay very special with his kidness and generosity esmaeel khwaja and all the great stuff thanks a lot it was one of the best trips to Aqaba because of those people
