Everything is poor, AC is not working, and there is no signal in the room nor WiFi, It is a very cheap but shitty hotel?

The worst hotel the room wasn't clean the AC doesn't work and room is hot and you can't even breath and the inside room every now and then some of the employees look at us from the window like what the hell is going on and the place doesn't match with the place

It was a great pleasure staying in this wonderful Hotel. staffs were very kind and accommodating. The rooms are nicely done and comfy to stay in. kudos to sir Mohammed in the reception, He is very nice and helpful. Everything about Zaitouna Hotel was worth the price tag! I strongly recommend it without a doubt ❤️👍

When we reached , the front desk wasn't helpful at all, so disrespectful when we asked to see the room before we made a check in , also when we saw the room, it wasn't like the photos and the rating, looks dirty, Thier is a bad heavy smell in the lobby. We were very disappointed after a long trip , Be Carful! DON'T lose your money on it , not worth it!

Room was old, but clean. Noise in the foyer was heard until 12:00 in our room on the first foor. There were people talking loudly, and we could here this. Other noises were annoying.
Wifi was weak, to non-existent.

Breakfast was okay. Could have some fruit and more egg options.

Maybe they can update, then things. Good luck!

We were a group of 19 people which was a bit “heavy” to serve on the same time. The Humus, Falafel and Labane were very good. It is Avery popular restaurant for the locals and a good place to get an Arab dishes.
