We stayed 2 nights through an organised tour, it has a reasonable location but the room smelt of bad drains, the lights near the bed did not work, the hair dryer was a death trap only tape holding the exposed wires, only one electrical socket worked in the room. Overall, the room was not clean, AC loud and desperately in need of renovating.

The best thing about this place was the staff they worked hard. They were always polite, sometimes, under difficult circumstances to make sure that all their guests were taken care of. However, the hotel itself was less to be desired. The bathrooms were in terrible conditions sometimes no taps, no drains, mould upgrades needed everywhere, carpet you were not sure you wanted to walk on and make sure you brought your shoes to move around in. The smell of smoke in the meeting rooms was bad. The food was not great though again, as I said, the staff tried very hard.

I came here with a group. Everyone had something or multiple things broken in their rooms. My bed was broken and had to be fixed before I could sleep. The breakfast was terrible. The orange juice and coffee machines need to be replaced immediately. The staff looks miserable, but that is probably because the owner creates a poor working environment and won’t fix anything. They have no door on the smoking room, so the lobby fills with smoke despite the “no smoking” sign. This place could be much nicer if the owner invested in the property.

Boyfriend and I stayed here two nights as part of an Intrepid tour to visit Petra. We were a group of six, including our guide, and we were literally the only people staying in this hotel. The outside and the lobby look nice but the room was not. The furniture was old, the carpet was dirty, and the bathtub and sheets were stained. The sheets on the bed were so old that they were pilled and very uncomfortable to sleep on. No way we would use the pool and Turkish bath, the water and area looked dirty. On our second day, a truck came and drained out the pool. The only reasons I am giving this review three stars are, the staff were nice, and the group dinner at the hotel our second night was really good! Tons of food and it was delicious!

Had 2 nights at this hotel. What a disgrace. Was given my room and the tv didn’t work, fridge didn’t work and there was a hole in the roof. 2 single beds pushed together with a bed lamp between the pillows. Moved to a second room, barely any hot water and tv didn’t work. Jacuzzi didn’t work either. Staff hopeless and unhelpful. Breakfast was terrible. Dried cheese and meats, raw pancakes and a coffee machine that churns out some unrecognisable liquid. If you can find the chef you may get some eggs cooked but he seems to go missing every few minutes. Don’t waste your money here. Also no water provided by hotel and signs saying you will be charged if you bring water o r drinks in to the hotel. All A/C in the rooms controlled by reception so any change in temp , fan speed etc you have to call reception and ask them to do it.

Appearances can be deceptive which is so true of this hotel. We were part of a group of 8 and, us being the only people in this hotel should’ve been a sign to leave immediately. If you want to try the worst coffee ever, try it here. Rooms are tiny so, as a couple nowhere to put our bags. The hotel is dirty. The Turkish bath area even more so If you are, like us, part of a group, my advice is to check into and pay separately for a different hotel Only positive is its location.

The hotel was comfortable and clean for the most part. The staff was very friendly. The food was good, there is a buffet for breakfast and dinner. We did the Turkish spa with scrub and massage. I don’t recommend it for many reasons. It was a very strange experience.

On arrival we've went to the room to freshen up.Noted that the water was coming from both the shower head and the tap..the stopper that was supposed to stop the water coming from the tap..didn't work. Reported to front desk they advised they would look at it.. nothing was done so our showers were interesting as the water pressure kept changing. The sheets didn't fit on the bed properly, they would come off every night and would be in a huge mess. Arrived back to the hotel around 330pm after walking around Perta all day looking forward to a shower to find out room hasn't been serviced so no fresh towels or linen. Also there was a sign at the front door saying we couldn't bring in items sick as drinks and snacks or there would be a service charge for having these items in your room. At checkout, we were informed it would be cash only to check out. Ummm not happy...a few others got caught out by this as well

This hotel is so busy it almost feels overrun. Full with coach loads of people overnighting or 2 for Petra and surrounds. It has pleasant decor and location in relation to traffic noise good but corridors with the number of tourists coming and going at all hours very noisy. Staff generally very helpful. However no water available in the hotel even at breakfast and staff hostile to you bringing your own in. Room cleanliness OK but my bathroom floor had lots of long hairs from a previous guest. Breakfast not bad, fresh cooked omelettes and a selection of fresh mezze and continental. No fruit!
