I would like to leave a wonderful review for Days Inn Hotel. Our wedding celebration was truly perfect — everything was beautifully organized, and every detail was handled with great care.
A special thank you to Mr. Shadi Al-Khatib and Ms. Amani, the event supervisor, for their exceptional effort and professionalism. They made sure our wedding went smoothly and was memorable in every way.
Also, my sincere appreciation goes to all the staff who contributed to making our special day so well-organized and enjoyable. The food was delicious, the service was excellent.
Highly recommended, and thank you again for such a memorable wedding experience!

Very bad service, poor planning, and disappointing photos and videos.
I asked the planner to edit some of the photos, but instead of helping me, she blocked me. This was very unprofessional.
The wedding video was incomplete, and many important moments were missing. There was no honesty or accountability throughout the process. I am very disappointed with the overall experience and would not recommend their services.

Special thanks to Amani, the Events Coordinator, for her warm hospitality, friendliness, and kindness. She provided an excellent overview of the hotel’s facilities, which encouraged me to explore and discover many of the outstanding services offered by the hotel. Her professionalism and welcoming attitude made the experience even more enjoyable.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Days Inn Hotel in Amman. The hotel has clearly improved, especially when it comes to the food.
The new chef has made a noticeable difference. The dishes are fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. The breakfast and restaurant menu both exceeded my expectations, and you can really feel the care put into the cooking.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and relaxing. It’s great to see such positive changes.
I highly recommend Days Inn Hotel in Amman, particularly if you enjoy good food and a pleasant stay. I will definitely visit again.

Friendly staff, significant work out room and pools. Night club next door or beneath was thumping til dawn. You can decide if you want music heard through the night.

Seems like management gave up on this property.
1. you call the front desk at 0, no one picks up.
2. I had to go down to reset my room access card, they said the door battery is dead.... I said to them that not not an excuse.
3.. load music until 4 am... Like hotel night club
4. To access they had to send someone from maintenance with a master key to open my room door every time...3 days at this property the same issue still exists. It was frustrating.
I tried to share my frustration with the front desk... Management nowhere to be found...
I recommend if management becomes truly invested in this hotel.
