We booked for 20 days in the Lancaster Gardens while in Amman from the U.S.- and it was a truly tremendous stay. The staff was INCREDIBLE- from reception to housekeeping: we could not have asked for a better stay. They were so wonderful with everything from transportation, facilitating our daughter’s zaffeh from their location, and accommodating all our needs. You ask and they help make it happen!

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The AC was great and hot water was plentiful. Location extremely convenient: tucked away from the main road so very quiet but very close walking distance to the street that you can access anything in minutes.

Our future stays in Amman will definitely be here! Thank you to the wonderful team.

I enjoyed my stay overall. For future improvements, it would be great to have daily apartment cleaning service—or alternatively, to provide basic cleaning supplies (such as a broom, mop, or vacuum) for guest use.

If you live in the 21st century and plan to pay with a visa or credit card, then don't come. They won't refund you if you leave early....

Don't get me wrong, the room is OK, the location is amazing, and it's super quiet BUT......
Due to family emergency I had to cut my travel short, they refused to refund any nights I didn't stay, I'm leaving tomorrow morning and I'm losing the next paid night because "room is booked in the system"...
Super unhappy... I feel I'm being robbed in day light, because they won't tell you this in advance .
Unless you are paying each night for its own or you are sure about your stay, then avoid it...

We came from Australia to Amman Dec. 2023, and we choose to stay at this hotel because the location is good, and it looks secure, elegant and good price.. we stay for 16 days.. from day one we found out that the water temperature go from very hot to very cold in seconds, the stuff was friendly and they tried to find a solution, but there was no hope to change the room because as they said the hotel was full at that time, aircon. Was not working properly as well, but they fixed it at the end of the day.. couch was not comfortable at all but the rest things was excellent.. anyway they couldn't fix the water temperature all the days that we have been stay there, and it was impossible to us to change the hotel!!
Another thing when we booked the room it was non smoking hotel, but honestly I can smell the segarets in my bedroom and in the towels too and it was so strong!! Another thing you can easily see the thick dust on the bedroom floor and cabinets, walls corner specialy near the bed, doors was extremely durty...they never cleaned it during our accommodation!
Last but not least the lady who was working as a receptionist in the morning sheft was very rude with my wife.. and several times we ask her to let the cleaning stuff to clean out room, take the garbage, change the towels she ignored our request!

Anyway .. we are planning to visit amman next year for 4 weeks, but definitely will never go back to this hotel!

Its very cheap hotel, but in the very bad condition. The smell of cigarettes even in the bedroom, very dirty, fungus in the bathroom, many things damage and broken and so on.. they also required 50 jod for the deposit only one good thing was comfortable bed and very kind reception staff. Do t be fulled by the beautiful pictures
