Strict security checks provide a great sense of security.

We visited for a day to use the facilities and paid £50 per person including room change and a towel. Unfortunately, water and drinks aren’t included in the price and food costs an additional £25. The swimming pool was spotless but the Dead Sea water was quite dirty and it seemed neglected. Despite this, we still enjoyed our time there.

10/10. We stayed two nights in a suite. The room was clean, smelled great, and had a very comfortable couch. Valet parking. The spa was absolutely incredible. The Christmas tree and the little houses were a lovely touch. The best hotels in Jordan for me!

This was my first time in Jordan and my first time experiencing a Marriott in Amman. We booked three rooms for our family at Marriott, and it was a fantastic stay. We've already registered as members and will definitely choose Marriott hotels again next time.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. It was by far the best Marriott property I’ve ever stayed at. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming, from security and the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team. The highlight of my stay was the dining experience. The beef sandwich and French fries were simply outstanding, the best I’ve ever had.

The hotel was not worth the price. The room needs maintenance and better cleaning. Also I left my jacket in the closet in the room, and unfortunately, they said they couldn’t find it. not recommended.

I had an all round great stay from beginning to end. Daisy and the team at the bar were great and Ali was a very attentive manager along with the rest of his team. Fabulous hotel. I was a solo female traveller from Ireland ... I couldn't have felt safer. The staff in the bar on the 7th floor were just so kind and welcoming. It’s not even close to 5 star hotel. It’s a solid 4 star hotel: old, not really clean, staff isn’t helpful enough. But breakfast was still various and tasty.

The food quality was as good as a 3-star hotel, not as wide varieties as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Same food every day. Water in the bathroom wasn't strong. I can't imagine I enjoyed the bath in my rented home more than it! Room cards didn't always work in the elevators! The hotel staff was good, though.

Was disappointed in how crowded the hotel was with tour groups. The location is in a quiet suburb, without restaurants or shops, necessitating an Uber or taxi ride to go anywhere. The pool was filthy, full of leaves and not usable. Breakfast was plentiful and wide selection.
