A little far from the airport, but Taxi services make it simple to access. The Hotel itself and the staff were clean and friendly.
Excellent experience at Burj Al Hamam Restaurant!
The food was outstanding—authentic flavors, perfectly prepared, and absolutely delicious.
The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the service was professional and welcoming.
Special thanks to Majed Hijaz, who was extremely kind, professional, and truly helpful. He recommended some of the best dishes, and every choice was spot on.
Honestly, the restaurant...
Had a wonderful stay here. The staff is courteous and helpful, checkin was a breeze, they keep checking on you constantly, food was amazing, the buffet breakfast spread was delicious with lots of choices and there was nespresso coffee in the room which is a must when you’re traveling for work. Overall an amazing experience staying here and I would definitely choose them again. Also, the location is...
I spent three nights at the InterContinental Amman and it was amazing. The check-in was perfect, friendly and efficient. My room was upgraded due to my IHG status and it was a really nice, large 2-room suite with an extensive bathroom and a lot of amenities. Housekeeping was amazing and attentive.
The gym is well fitted, maybe a little older machines, but in general one of the best and spacious hotel...
Dear Adam,
I would like to sincerely thank you, and all the staff at Atrium Restaurant, for the warm welcome and excellent service.

Strict security checks provide a great sense of security.
We visited for a day to use the facilities and paid £50 per person including room change and a towel. Unfortunately, water and drinks aren’t included in the price and food costs an additional £25.
The swimming pool was spotless but the Dead Sea water was quite dirty and it seemed neglected. Despite this, we still enjoyed our time there.
10/10. We stayed two nights in a suite. The room was clean, smelled great, and had a very comfortable couch. Valet parking.
The spa was absolutely incredible. The Christmas tree and the little houses were a lovely touch. The best hotels in Jordan for me!
This was my first time in Jordan and my first time experiencing a Marriott in Amman. We booked three rooms for our family at Marriott, and it was a fantastic stay. We've already registered as members and will definitely choose Marriott hotels again next time.
I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. It was by far the best Marriott property I’ve ever stayed at.
Every staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming, from security and the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team.
The highlight of my stay was the dining experience. The beef sandwich and French fries were simply outstanding, the best I’ve ever had.
I would like to recommend staying here

Its a good hotel in a good location
The hotel was not worth the price. The room needs maintenance and better cleaning.
Also I left my jacket in the closet in the room, and unfortunately, they said they couldn’t find it.
not recommended.
Traffic was bad and no free amenities were provided
Towels and bed sheets was not fresh smil .body wash and shampoo was empty. Water pressure is bad.the bidet was leaking
The hotel is very nice, near to the downtown and shopping complex mall and I enjoyed the breakfast served by the hotel. The hotel room is so good and clean too. In conclusion, I will recommend others about this hotel.
It is ridiculous that we are encouraged to use your official website to receive the best service and then not provide said service. The Rotana Hotel should be better than this, given the name.
We were a newly-married couple living abroad and we booked our stay 2 months in advance, for a tier that would have us stay on a floor between floor 25 and 32.

The staff were cheerful, the service was great, and the cleanliness was excellent. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The only minor inconvenience was having the sink in the room instead of the bathroom, which wasn't very comfortable or practical.
I had a wonderful stay at the W Amman! The staff was so nice and accommodating especially in Ramadan. The Qamar iftar buffer was fantastic!
I stayed with them for 10 days and I would definitely do it again!
Nice location and good service. Comfortable to stay
I had an all round great stay from beginning to end. Daisy and the team at the bar were great and Ali was a very attentive manager along with the rest of his team. The food and drinks were enjoyable, the rooms as are clean and modern. I would highly reccomend the W and I will stay there in the future.
We had an amazing stay at W Amman.

Special thanks to Joanna at the reception. She was always smiling, very kind, and super helpful with us.
Honestly, we see W Amman as one of the nicest and most luxurious hotels in Jordan.
One of our best stays in the country and a very special experience for us.
A great hotel with top-notch service and a delicious, varied breakfast. A unique feature is the room's interesting design, where the sink is integrated into the main living space. The view from the window is spectacular.

Great location, helpful staff, some rooms require renovation
Nice staff, very good location, very supportive team
Very old hotel, well located, the facilities need renovation. The service is far from ideal; the staff doesn't seem very keen to provide good service. On the plus side, it has two swimming pools and a gym.
I stayed at Le Royal Hotel Amman, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional.
The view from the hotel — especially from the 23rd floor — was absolutely breathtaking.
The overall atmosphere was elegant, and the hospitality made me feel truly welcomed.

Fabulous hotel. I was a solo female traveller from Ireland ... I couldn't have felt safer. The staff in the bar on the 7th floor were just so kind and welcoming. They were amazing people and I loved spending my evenings there. What a view too!!! Omg !! Highly highly recommend.

★★★★★ – An Exceptional Experience at The St. Regis Amman
My stay at The St. Regis Amman was truly outstanding. The hotel impresses with its elegance, attention to detail, and a sense of refined luxury. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and exceptionally well cared for.

The spa was relaxing but felt rushed same as with having dinner the waiter kept pacing back and forth as if he had no patience.
Let me start with the good stuff first. The property is in near perfect condition and the building has gorgeous finishes. 2/3 of the restaurants were excellent and the staff was attentive. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen and the Lunch at Segreta was so good, I went back multiple times.

An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement.
Pros:
- Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight.

The hotel was very comfortable and well maintained. The rooms were clean, tidy, and thoughtfully prepared, with an excellent standard of cleanliness throughout the stay.
I would like to give special thanks to the housekeeping staff, especially Yamen Arafat, for their outstanding work. They were professional, and friendly.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel
Had a fantastic stay at the Landmark hotel. The rooms were very nice, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet selection/variety was great and the location was a 2 JOD uber ride from most locations you'll likely visit. What really made this say exceptional, however, was the staff. Everyone from the security staff greeting you before you go in, reception staff, housekeeping, restaurant employees...

I stayed for 2 weeks. Personnel is very polite and kind. Service is top-notch. Rooms could have been a little brighter or maybe brighter color as personallly don't like dark colors in the room. Room had a small kitchen and available many things on demand if you want to cook.
We had a fantastic dining experience at this Italian restaurant! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and family-friendly. Was disappointed in how crowded the hotel was with tour groups. The location is in a quiet suburb, without restaurants or shops, necessitating an Uber or taxi ride to go anywhere. The pool was filthy, full of leaves and not usable. Breakfast was plentiful and wide selection.
The staff were friendly and checked us in very quickly when we arrived late. The room was average, as expected, but the bed was comfortable. Everything was fine, breakfast was fine, the overall hotel was quiet. There is a bar attached to the hotel which had a good range of drinks. A good stay.
The staff was friendly and helpful and their English was good. The room was clean and modern looking. They have a small workout room but the equipment is rather worn out. There is a pool but it is outdoors so it wasn't filled this time of year. There is a bar in the lobby and a spacious restaurant. Had breakfast there and they set out a large selection. It’s not even close to 5 star hotel. It’s a solid 4 star hotel: old, not really clean, staff isn’t helpful enough. But breakfast was still various and tasty.
The food quality was as good as a 3-star hotel, not as wide varieties as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Same food every day.
