I had the pleasure of utilizing the health club facilities today and I must express my utmost satisfaction with the experience The amenities and massage services were exceptional contributing to a truly delightful and rejuvenating visit
Not my first time staying at the Fairmont and definitely not the last time. Clean, quiet, great services! Overall excellent experience with the team from the start to the end
Exceptional service and a flawless stay at Fairmont Amman! I checked in last night and got upgraded to a suite for three nights, and my experience so far at Fairmont Amman has been outstanding
Being a former hospitality executive with international chain, my stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive to details
It was a very lovely experience. High quality lodging with fabulous and very spacious rooms. I enjoyed the bedding, the bathroom's setting, quality towels and other products
I extend my sincere gratitude to Thaer. Mohammed Al-Shoubaki and Younis for their contributions and a special commendation to Jessie for her outstanding therapeutic skills

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I would definitely stay here again during future visits to Amman
My stay at Crowne Plaza Amman in the Standard Room was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for a relaxing stay
The staff was incredibly courteous and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and offered a great way to unwind after a busy day
Rooms bathroom could have some updates such as loose tiles. Everybody had such a big smile whenever I asked for help. My hose keeping lady could be from Filipina
She worked so hard with nice demeanor with a big smile! In dining room sever, Josi was beautiful!! Made already very delicious meals unforgettable
Fantastic hotel with a wide range of restaurants to suit all. Rooms are clean and comfortable with easy access via taxi to the city’s main sites

Amman, 5th Circle (in the centre) 🧭 Map
We did have a minor issue at the breakfast buffet with no one checking on us for at least 20 minutes, however, we did eventually flag down a waitress and she helped us with some requests
Excellent service, great environment, convenient for getting around, and a rich breakfast
The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring Amman. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers—I can't wait to return!
I expected a bit more from the rooms I think with the ritz being 20 dinars more I would probably go there next time Staff and the team are all great They always answer my calls even at 3 am Maybe a small upgrade to the rooms and better lighting can bring me back again
Excellent stay , Sheraton standards as expected, breakfast is amazing with nice variety.
Rooms and service are always great! Occasionally the rooms smell of stale smoke (it is a non-smoking hotel, but unfortunately some guests disregard this) however, the staff was quick to move us when we brought this to their attention and waited with us to ensure the new room was up to snuff before leaving, offering the option of a 3rd room if this one wasn't good

His kindness, professionalism, and remarkable talent for crafting exceptional cocktails were truly unforgettable. Mohamed’s warm personality and outstanding service made every evening at the hotel bar a genuine pleasure
★★★★★ – An Exceptional Experience at The St. Regis Amman My stay at The St. Regis Amman was truly outstanding. The hotel impresses with its elegance, attention to detail, and a sense of refined luxury
The food was equally exceptional — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of exquisite flavors. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend The St
From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and exceptionally well cared for. The service is impeccable — professional, sincere, and always delivered with a smile
Every member of the staff contributed to making my stay comfortable and memorable. I would like to extend special appreciation to the bartender, Mohamed

The Ritz-Carlton, Amman, Amman1 / 30High rating
9.4
Amman, 5th Circle, Al Kindi Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner
- Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full
- Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants
Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed
This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue
We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came

For me, this was a very successful event and an excellent central venue
The Bristol Hotel is amazing! With my boyfriend we stayed 2 nights and everything was perfect. The location is the center is perfect. The staff was very welcomed and with the smile
I am grateful to the Bristol Hotel and was most impressed. I flew all night from the UK to Amman via Istanbul and arrived at 0600 and was exhausted. I was made welcome and quickly shown to my room
Everything was wonderful, from the reception to the accommodation, facilities, restaurant, and lounge. Everything was great for the reasonable price. There's parking very close to the hotel
Throughout my time, the courtesy and helpfulness of the hotel staff was outstanding. After a recovery day, I had lengthy meeting with a senior group of Jordanians on the 8th floor
I was very satisfied with the room, the service was excellent, it was convenient for getting around, and the staff were all very professional, efficient, and quick

Amman, 28 Abdullah Bin Omar Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The staff were friendly and checked us in very quickly when we arrived late. The room was average, as expected, but the bed was comfortable. Everything was fine, breakfast was fine, the overall hotel was quiet
Cool hotel with good quality of service
Was disappointed in how crowded the hotel was with tour groups. The location is in a quiet suburb, without restaurants or shops, necessitating an Uber or taxi ride to go anywhere
The staff was friendly and helpful and their English was good. The room was clean and modern looking. They have a small workout room but the equipment is rather worn out
The hotel is excellent...the breakfast is special and delicious and the service is very good. Thank you.
The pool was filthy, full of leaves and not usable. Breakfast was plentiful and wide selection

Four Seasons Hotel Amman, Amman1 / 25
8.7
Amman, 5th Circle, Al-Kindi Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The space, the amenities, the felling of security, the location for what we were after, and most of all by the staff who make this a luxurious and sophisticated stay that is still oddly comfortable
I don’t often stay in Four Seasons. But if they were all like this I might. Wonderful property with what appears equally excellent management and staff the property has a right to be proud of
It would be difficult I think to find anything offensive about this property and in the unlikely event you did I suspect they would clear it up before you even could finish noting it
There is no better place to stay than Four Seasons while in Amman. I have stayed at many five star resorts, hotels, and I personally manage over 3000 units for hotel like services as well as owning rental units
The staff were welcoming, cheerful, seemed to genuinely enjoy contributing to our experience, and were not awkward or overbearing. The food was actually good (again, not always the case even in "5 star" facilities)
I believe this hotel should analyze their hiring, training, and firing practices and write a book because this hotel has that process mastered to a T. Not a single staff member is beneath excellence

Amman, 4th Circle Area, Mahmoud Abidi Street 24 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Great hotel with excellent service, clean rooms, and a very friendly staff. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.
The hotel cabs are expensive and there are no taxi stands nearby. The hotel is quite, the restaurent and bar is good. Special thanks to Mustafaa who provided us with very good choice of food and wine in the restaurent
This hotel is located in a quite diplomatic area near 4th circle. Many taxi drivers find it hard to locate due to many one ways and security cordons nearby. We need to catch a cab, for anywhere you want to go
Easy check-in and check-out, friendly staff. Very basic but large, bright and clean rooms, comfortable beds, high speed wifi. Good option for those looking for short, comfortable and affordable stays
The Hotel is situated near to city. Rooms are good with most of the amenities. Room service is little poor and Reception people have difficulty understanding International Customers needs
We provided a taxi number (50 -39812 ) to lodge a complaint, he expressed his helpnessness. We had a wonderful time and hospitality through out Jorden but for this

Very good, good geographical environment, very convenient to take the bus ~ The hotel staff are also very good ~ If I go on a business trip next time, I will choose this hotel again ~ The breakfast food variety is also very rich, although there were some small episodes in the middle, but they were all solved
The coziness and cleanliness of the hotel is great, breakfast great too! Location is amazing, and the service is top notch, Highly recommended and kids friendly too as the employees are all super friendly and have great welcoming vibes from minute one
If you are there to travel and visit the country it’s a great place. Stayed here for 11 days and didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg on 5 star hotels as all I needed was a bed and a bathroom
Breakfast is fantastic! The location is perfect with everything you might need nearby, the surroundings are ideal for evening walks. The hotel has a cozy welcoming atmosphere
Staff were friendly Herr. The hotel is clean and seemingly well kept. Service was great. I will come back here
Good value for money, good taste. The facilities are relatively old.

excelent staff especially Ahmad at the front desk the place is clean with excellent breakfast and amazing staff
The reception was nice. The room was very tidy and the staff provided me hairdryer. Thank you!! There are many restaurants nearby and very closed to sixth circle. Convenient hotel!
Location is also really good, as it is near a busy area where everything you probably need is only a few minutes away by walking. There's also a restaurant/café in the ground floor which is pretty neat
The hotel is in close proximity to a lot of things and you’re able to get a taxi/Uber in no time to get to wherever you need and it’s all at a great cost
This hotel exceeded my expectations, good location, friendly and helpful staff, room was spacious and well equipped with a good sleeping quality

The amenities were top-notch, especially the exquisite dining options that catered to a variety of tastes. I particularly enjoyed the convenient location, which made exploring the city hassle-free
In addition, the hotel offers a wide range of facilities, including a beautiful and functional swimming pool. (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و✧*。 And the scenery of the nearby ancient castle is so beautiful
The hotel's breakfast has a wide variety of foods and is nutritious. In addition, the underground first floor where we live has a spacious courtyard and good views
"Staying at Century Park Hotel was an absolute delight! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay

Great Value for money, service and location. Receptionist was very hospitable and helpful. Honestly it’s alot better than Top rated hotels in the area
Located in a quiet and safe area, also close to multiple services (walking distance. We also received a free room upgrade without asking for it
Staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast was not the best in the world. I would definitely stay in this hotel again on a future visit
Though I have to add that this is probably not the best choice for light sleepers as the surrounding area can be quite noisy at night
Complimentary water as-well, breakfast can be a bit humble but that’s not a problem as there are alot of food alternatives nearby
Clean, excellent service, tidy, friendly staff, perfect location, one of the best hotels in Amman.

1. Convenient transportation 2. Plenty of restaurants nearby 3. Clean, tidy, comfortable, soft, and breathable rooms 4. Plenty and delicious hotel breakfast 5. Beer shops next door and pharmacies across the street
Nice clean hotel, in center of Amman. Staff were helpful and a lady at breakfast even taught me about the Jordanian food and made it for me. Omelette and beans can 100% recommend!
I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with top-tier service that never faltered throughout my entire visit. The service, food, and hygiene are all of 5-star caliber
Booked via *********** for non consecutive nights around a trip to Petra. This is an upper mid range hotel but great value for money, clean, friendly and assisting staff, suitable for badly jet lagged (us)
Location is great 👍 close to shopping malls. Staff are nice and helpful, including security guards, receptionists, and those serving breakfast 🍳 The room is clean and comfortable too!
There is fuller review of the first night on booking dot com, had no way of adding there: coming back from Petra, it felt like coming home. Expensive upmarket tastes? Not for you

Good location. You can reach every interesting point in Amman. Staff is very kind and able to speak fluently a lot of european languages. Room are clean and breakfast is okayish.
Great location & staff are very friendly! I would rate this more of a 3* but great value overall.
Nice hotel with good rooms and international breakfast
For what it cost, The Strand is absolutely fine. The staff were helpful and the rooms a good size. Somewhat dated decor but clean. Food rather basic and uninsipring but fine
The location was ok for us but a taxi ride to anwhere significant in Amman. If looking for a budget, adequate hotel, this would be perfect

The property is very clean throughout, the room has all you’d need, with comfortable beds + a good bathroom/shower, and including a fridge that we found very useful thanks to how generously food is portioned in Jordan compared to the UK! There is a full kitchen (with a large oven, stove, microwave, kettles, filter coffee, etc
Very nice affordable hotel. Great service. Abd who greeted us allowed us to leave our bags prior to check in. He was very friendly and responsive to my enquiries. Room was spacious and clean.
Very nice place to stay in the heart of the Al-Weibdeh hill in the center of Amman. Conveniently located near restaurants and cafés of the Paris square area
The breakfast was good, and the strawberries were sweet.
I was kept waiting at the reception for 1. 5 hours while Laith reviewed the issue, which was eventually confirmed to be a typo made by the third-party agent Travco. Also Laith confirmed that 29/11-30/11 was a no show
Hotel overall facilities are dated but functional. Room noise insulation is poor. My room is located next to the lift, I can hear every guest exiting/entering the lift, not to mention traffic outside the hotel
