I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I would definitely stay here again during future visits to Amman

My stay at Crowne Plaza Amman in the Standard Room was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for a relaxing stay

The staff was incredibly courteous and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and offered a great way to unwind after a busy day

Rooms bathroom could have some updates such as loose tiles. Everybody had such a big smile whenever I asked for help. My hose keeping lady could be from Filipina

She worked so hard with nice demeanor with a big smile! In dining room sever, Josi was beautiful!! Made already very delicious meals unforgettable

Sabreen and Nakaa from the breakfast restaurant, Hossam from the housekeeping and everyone else to be honest is very polite, friendly and always with a nice smile on their faces. They made sure that my stay was pleasant

The rooms are modern and well-equipped, featuring smart lighting and automated curtains for a touch of luxury. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering great value for money

She not only arranged an early check-in for us but also generously upgraded our room type and ensured our three rooms were on the same floor, making it incredibly convenient for our group

Our stay at this hotel was beyond fantastic! The staff were warm and welcoming throughout, with special thanks to **Oulaia** for her exceptional service

The hotel boasts a prime location—within walking distance to numerous restaurants and supermarkets, perfect for dining and daily needs

This hotel is an ideal choice for both short business trips and leisure stays. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming throughout my stay. Special thanks to Suzan for her excellent housekeeping service

We were upgrade to a suite with a separate living room and kitchen! There was a balcony from which we could view the mall. A washing machine/dryer combo unit. The restaurant buffet had a wonderful iftar spread

We we leaving to airport earlier than the breakfast was being served. They went out of their way to make sure we had breakfast before we left. Which was very important we had kids

Service was great Food was great Just a little noisy at night with all the honking which is normal for Amman but overall would stay there again

I also, enjoyed the facilities from the gym to the pool, as well as the various dining options available. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in Amman, Jordan

We had a fantastic dining experience at this Italian restaurant! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and family-friendly. Our server, Maher, went above and beyond—his service was absolutely outstanding

The public and swimming pool areas are also very tasteful and well kept. Overall a fantastic experience, I can’t wait to return!

Amazing staff, and through all what’s going on you have kept us feel safe and the food is amazing. I can’t talk highly enough of the place. Ahmed, Rama, Jana, Lagela and Yara(guest relations manager), annd anll the staff

The owner Mr Tarref Tabbah whom I met one of the lounges, whom sets an example that all his staff follow. Family and amazing people all, I thank you

Wonderful experience and ambience and happy with the service of Mam. Yara. I will easily recommend all. All the staffs are fantastic. Restaurant and the food were awesome. Very well maintained restaurant.

The hotel is on a hillside and very quiet, but the surrounding restaurants are a few hundred meters away. When I stayed there during the special period, there were only 14 people.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the comfort, and the service. Yara for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care

The breakfast was good, and the strawberries were sweet.

Despite the circumstances and the obvious inconvenience, Laith chose to rigidly hide behind hotel policy, I was not allowed to check in unless I pay a deposit of 60 JD. I refused as I had already fully paid for the room

I was kept waiting at the reception for 1. 5 hours while Laith reviewed the issue, which was eventually confirmed to be a typo made by the third-party agent Travco. Also Laith confirmed that 29/11-30/11 was a no show

Hotel overall facilities are dated but functional. Room noise insulation is poor. My room is located next to the lift, I can hear every guest exiting/entering the lift, not to mention traffic outside the hotel

I arrived at the hotel around 9pm, after a five-hour drive in adverse weather, only to be told by Laith the front desk manager there was no record of my reservation and requested me to contact Trip

Shouldn’t the front desk contact Travco directly to resolve the issue instead of asking the customer to contact Trip? I understand the work flow is customer ＞ Trip ＞ Travco ＞ Hotel Toledo
