A good value for money, perfect location with lots of dinning options around, easy availability of taxi , great staff, A special thanks to the Gentleman at the reception to have arranged a very hearty breakfast

Fantastic breakfast was served in the morning. They even drive me to car rental office free of charge. Generally if you expect 5 star quality of rooms I would rate it 4 star but value for money if great

Our stay was fantastic in every single point. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We arrived after 11pm and even they open restaurant for us. We had w connecting rooms, they were big and comfortable

Really great for what it is. I went and booked on the spot unplanned and they were super helpful, friendly and fair! The rooms were clean, the location was superb. Loved it. Would stay again.

my window was left open in winter, leaving me wondering why the room was cold when I returned after the day's activities; spray at the bidet kept dripping even after I got the staff to attend to it

The location and rooms are good, the service is also quite good, and English communication is easy.

Great little place to stay .... looks a little rough on.the outside ... but once inside it is a great place with really nice and helpful hosts. Great breakfast came with the room.

Nice hotel. It is situated in a great location in a heart of the city downtown. Nearby are many restaurants and shops with local products. Host was very helpful and friendly.

Suprisingly clean inside the building. The entrance may look dirty and spooky with old rusted elevator. But the room is clean, shared dining area is small yet clean.the attendant lady is very friendly and warm.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff, Jessica and Omar, were incredibly kind and helpful, and the rest of the hotel staff were just as friendly

In some rooms there are no hand shower, so be careful about that 🤪 one problem I found was the dental kit, they don’t provide toothbrush / dental kits, so don’t forget to carry them with you

The gentleman at reception was very patient and well-knowledged about Petra and Wadi rum and suggested what I should do. The bed is absolutely soooo comfortable

I love this place. I spent my honeymoon there and it was very clean and relaxing. The location is close to all kind of amenities. The staff were super friendly and helpful , always had a smile! We felt right at home!

Taxis and ride-shares are readily available just outside. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, offering a good mix of local and international options. I especially enjoyed the fresh bread and local dishes

Had a double room facing the front with AC and heating. Weather was acceptable, so I cracked the window - not much street noise. Internet was decent, did the job for emails and a bit of social media
