Service is fantastic. The gentleman at reception was very patient and well-knowledged about Petra and Wadi rum and suggested what I should do. The bed is absolutely soooo comfortable. Location wise- it's not in the busy cafe areas but if you love shopping then this is the hotel for you!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff, Jessica and Omar, were incredibly kind and helpful, and the rest of the hotel staff were just as friendly. The room was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent—lively and close to many entertainment and key attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and good value for money.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not entirely pleasant. There was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and I found hair on the pillow when I first entered the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, there was bottled water provided, but it was from a brand that is currently under boycott ‘NESTLE’, which I found disappointing. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the overall guest experience.

Really comfortable, clean and relaxed hotel, with very comfortable beds. All the Staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful, from the point of initial contact with Reception/booking Staff to room service, security, waiting Staff and housekeeping. The Hotel is located in a pleasant part of Amman, with a good selection of cafes, restaurants and gift shops nearby. It is quick and easy to get a taxi/uber into the centre of Amman.

If you need a peaceful room it's not the right place, the hotel is located on the main road and very noisy all night. The rooms are not sound proof, sofa bed not comfortable at all. We requested and changed our room to a higher floor after our first night of stay.

Great hotel; wonderful staff. They have 2 gentlemen valets who make the parking so much easier and all the reception staff I interacted with were respectful and courteous. The morning breakfast is average. The rooms are pretty much comfortable and spacious but the toilets are extremely small and outdated. The location is just so vibrant.
