Exceptional. Amazing staff, and through all what’s going on you have kept us feel safe and the food is amazing. I can’t talk highly enough of the place. Ahmed, Rama, Jana, Lagela and Yara(guest relations manager), annd anll the staff. The owner Mr Tarref Tabbah whom I met one of the lounges, whom sets an example that all his staff follow. Family and amazing people all, I thank you.

The hotel is on a hillside and very quiet, but the surrounding restaurants are a few hundred meters away. When I stayed there during the special period, there were only 14 people.

Very warm and welcoming staff. The hotel is very nicely decorated and clean. It’s not very central but you can easily grab a taxi and access downtown and key sites in Amman. The conference room was also spacious and equipped with a projector and a touch screen
