THE ABDALI BOULEVARD HOTEL by IHG in Amman

We had a great stay here. We were upgrade to a suite with a separate living room and kitchen! There was a balcony from which we could view the mall. Separate shower and tub. A washing machine/dryer combo unit. The restaurant buffet had a wonderful iftar spread. And there's an attached mall, although it was pretty deserted due to the air strikes from Iran that occurred while we were visiting. Overall a great value.

We we leaving to airport earlier than the breakfast was being served. They went out of their way to make sure we had breakfast before we left. Which was very important we had kids.

Just a little noisy at night with all the honking which is normal for Amman but overall would stay there again.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming throughout my stay. Special thanks to Suzan for her excellent housekeeping service. She cleaned the room thoroughly, paid attention to detail, and was always helpful and professional. Her dedication and friendly attitude made my stay even more enjoyable.

Amazing experience! The service was outstanding, and a special thanks to Sultan, Hamza, and Muti’ for being so kind, professional, and attentive throughout the whole visit. They made us feel very welcomed and took great care of us. The place was very clean, the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, and the overall experience was excellent. Definitely coming back again. I had Iftar at Cafe Italia and it was a great experience. The menu was generous and well-balanced, with fresh starters, delicious mains, and tasty desserts. Everything was served on time and the quality was consistent throughout. The atmosphere was warm and perfect for Ramadan gatherings, and the staff were welcoming and attentive especially hamzeh and abdullah . Highly recommended for a cozy and satisfying Iftar.

The service overall was good most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially around the restaurant and pool area. The food was very good, with a nice variety and fresh ingredients. One of the nice surprises was that they gave us free ice cream, which was a sweet touch and really appreciated.

The vibe was mostly great, but the music could definitely use an update it didn’t match the atmosphere and kind of took away from the experience in shared areas.

The receptionist was okay not rude, but not very professional either, especially compared to how good the rest of the staff were. It didn’t ruin the stay, but it was noticeable.

the lack of proper management and communication. I called five different times just to check if the pool was open, and every single time I got a different answer. At one point, they told me it was closed. Then the next day, I saw a post on their social media saying it was open, so I called again this time they said it only opens at 12 PM. Later, when I asked again, it turns out the pool actually opens at 9 AM. It honestly felt like no one knew what was going on. This kind of confusion really affects the guest experience, and it’s something that seriously needs to be improve

Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it. With just a few small improvements, especially with the music and front desk experience and management , it could easily be one of the top spots. I’d still recommend it and would consider coming back.

The Abdali Boulevard Hotel is an experience. I would rate it as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well maintained. I had a suite with a kitchenette and a living room. I felt that I could actually live there forever. The hotel is also surrounded by many restaurants, cafés and shopping stores. If that's not enough, you're a short taxi ride away from the souk, where you can explore more of the Jordanian hospitality and culture.

I fell in love with Jordan partly because of staying at the Abdali Boulevard Hotel. It was a big part of making my visit to the country enjoyable, comfortable and memorable. I felt safe in and around the hotel, at all hours of the day and the evening. I also, enjoyed the facilities from the gym to the pool, as well as the various dining options available. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in Amman, Jordan.

I stayed for 2 weeks. Personnel is very polite and kind. Service is top-notch. Rooms could have been a little brighter or maybe brighter color as personallly don't like dark colors in the room. Room had a small kitchen and available many things on demand if you want to cook.

We had a fantastic dining experience at this Italian restaurant! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and family-friendly. Our server, Maher, went above and beyond—his service was absolutely outstanding. He was attentive, kind, and made sure our kids felt special, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The kids loved everything, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
