The worst not happen yet until check in with Ahmed Adnan he surprised that I had reservation 2 months ago, that young man doesn't know any thing about hospitality with no any respect for us and tried to harass my girlfriend with his poor English 💩, it was the longest time to check in (1 hour), poor breakfast, no restaurant, small room with nasty cleaning, the only thing was perfect the gentle manager called George.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Shower was poorly installed meaning the whole bathroom floor got wet. But otherwise the room was great!

Breakfast options were a little sparse, but the quality was great!

Hotel is currently a building site and should not be open. Stay here if you want to be up early in the morning with building work noise and no windows in places! Not very safe or good practice for a hotel. It should be closed for this amount of building work. Other than this the hotel is good, so would stay again when building work not going on.

Very clean and very good location

We had booked this hotel for one night stay. I had a bit of a hard time locating it as it’s name has either changed or is misspelled- it is Al Ra’ad. I agree with a review from 2019 - this hotel has ok location, just outside are plenty of restaurants including local places and fast food such as Pizza Hut and KFC. They offer $15 passes to a beach club which is “few walking min away” which really is more like a 20 min excursion. Rooms were fine, bathrooms were ok too. My lower rating is based on experience with staff which was not helpful.

Worst experience
Arrived at the check-in time the requested room wasn't ready the offered to give me a different room when i said no the made me wait for my room the staff was not professional the rules wasn't clear at the hotels site and when a friend came to my room to pick-up something for me they called me asking that they should leave the room immediately talking to me with unprofessional way and calling me 6 times under 5 minutes and when i asked for the manager they changed the situation and told the manager a different story just to justify their unprofessional behaviour management was nice and apologised but that wasn't enough to make the stuff behave nicely after i came back at night checking me and asking me where I'm going

Beds were very comfy. Air conditioning worked as intended. Bathrooms were brand new and modern. Breakfast, although minimal in selection, was pretty good. Location lets you walk anywhere from nearby restaurants, the beach to Jett Bus Station. Honestly it’s a pretty good choice since you get everything as advertised.

It has a good location and a comfortable bed. BUT that's all. The rooms are not good, very dirty with outdated furniture,TV and fridge. We had a breakfast and a dinner included. Horrible!

Good last minute hotel. We were rained out in Wadi Rum, and had to find a last minute hotel for the tour group. This was a decent hotel. The beds were soft! And when we asked for more pillows, they happily brought them to us. We asked for another comforter and they brought that as well. We had an issue with the lamp and a lightbulb burned out, and the front desk immediately took care of the issues. They had a breakfast buffet which was so-so. They had hard boiled eggs...no other option for eggs. And the rest of the buffet was really not to my liking, so I would rate it a one star. Not great, at all. The lobby was nice, except EVERYONE smoked. I am a non-smoker and could not sit in the lobby due to the smoke. The front desk was awesome. Very accommodating with any requests. We wanted to walk about and see the local shops and they drew us a map. Wonderful. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Very good location, nice clean rooms - definitely renovated recently with a nice modern touch. Helpful staff. There is room for improvement when it comes to food served. One day there was no hot water bit it was a minor setback, that was fixed on other days. Too bad they let people smoke indoors

We were a group of 19 people which was a bit “heavy” to serve on the same time. The Humus, Falafel and Labane were very good. It is Avery popular restaurant for the locals and a good place to get an Arab dishes.
