We always enjoy coming to this hotel and truly appreciate all the staff. Everyone is very professional and welcoming, whether you are just visiting or staying here. The service quality is excellent.

I would especially like to thank the reception team, especially Ms. Doa’a. She is a very kind and helpful person.

If you come from the United States I would personally not recommend it. Been to plenty hotels to give my opinion and this is not ideal for anybody with the minimal expectations of motel, yet alone this is a hotel. Ceiling leak in restroom, strict rule about bringing outside food or drink, along with wifi that doesn't work. Along with this a 5JOD fee if you lose your key card. Plus, you are encouraged to not leave anything valuable in your room which resents to room service looking through your belongings. Just do yourself a favor and compare costs before attempting to make a reservation. 2 stars for the effort.

We were a group of 19 people which was a bit “heavy” to serve on the same time. The Humus, Falafel and Labane were very good. It is Avery popular restaurant for the locals and a good place to get an Arab dishes.
