The staff were great, the hotel's location was excellent, but the rooms needed some minor maintenance.

The location is perfect as it was near the shops and restaurants. It was in the middle of a narrow street (I don't have a car so it doesn't apply to me).
The room is great, it exceeds my expectations. It was comfortable to sleep and I don't even want to go outside and explore the city anymore just to take a rest from my previous trip. They have AC and a ceiling fan which is nice to see (maybe whether you feel too cold or just to have a breeze of air you have a selection). The bathroom is nice with a hot shower and all.
I got an early check-in which I'm thankful for. The staff is great (they are worried that I didn't leave my room often which reassures my safety).
What I didn’t like, which is not the hotel management's fault but the noise outside different rooms are bothering me sometimes. I thought they were fighting or something with the banging doors.

We stayed here one night and at arrival we found that the entrance was through the back of the building. Afterwards, we found that we can enter through a construction site in front of the building, which was not very plesant. The apartment we booked was at the 6th floor, with sea view. The view was great only from one room, the other one having two small windows. The toilet and shower were very dirty, also the tables and night stands. The entire apartment smelled like tobacco when we arrived. I made only one picture for example. The materials used for this apartment were very good, but very poor maintenance makes the experience here not a pleasant one.

This hotel really stood out. We felt treated very well. We got tips and diving equipment. The parrot was an additional very cool feature. I can't complain at all. We were allowed to choose the room and we chose one with a view on the sea and Eilat.

Jordanians are known to be hospitable, and the staff at Roza hotel was no exception to it. they have been very helpful, I was allowed to put the bike in the room during my 5 days stay.
The room was comfortable, there is a TV but I had to call the staff to plug it at the power sockets didn't match the cabling from the devices. Unfortunately, all channels were in Arabic, there was not a single one in English (CNN, BBC, etc...)
There was a fridge but when you leave all day with your key-card it turns off the power of the room and anything you have left in the morning is warm.
The toilet was leaking a bit on the floor and the toilet seat wasn't adjusted properly.
The other customers don't respect anyone and sometimes shout in the corridor very late or early. There could be a sign or recommendation to be quiet when you check in.
Having said this, I recommend this place but just don't go there with high expectations, it is a 2 stars hotel.

Excellent place. Great room standard, like in an expensive hotels but for much cheaper. Friendly and helpfull staff. Street parking - we didn't have a problem to find a spot at any time of the day. The place is located 4 min walk from the public beach. Nice extras available for quests - hair dryers and snorkeling equipment.
