The convenient location is a huge plus, but that's far from the most important thing. The service is warm and personalized. It's very cozy, stylish, clean, and comfortable. We were passing through the city with our family, and thanks to this place, we stayed in Taraz for three days. Returning to the hotel felt like home!!! Thank you so much ♥️! We highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!!

A nice hotel with an interesting design. I really liked it.

Friendly staff, good prices starting from 3,500 rubles. This new hostel is cozy, with fresh linens and clean rooms. There's a guest room and lobby. There's a gym, showers, shared toilets on each floor, and a kitchen on each floor with all the necessary utensils. The restaurant and Chalet Hotel are located nearby and are part of the same complex. Ideal for those passing through or on business. Drinks are sold in the lobby.
- The Wi-Fi is weak, and the room on the third floor has a musty smell, although it can be ventilated. There's no refrigerator.
