The hotel was very clean which I really appreciated. They did a good job with putting slippers, soap, shampoo, towels etc. The location was about 20 mins walking from the center area which was fine for me. Taxis aren't so expensive so 300 tenge will get you to a nice place to eat nearby.
My only complaint about this place was that at the price theyre charging they could've included breakfast. Usually hotels will give something to eat in the morning and considering how their breakfast is very simple it could've easily been included in the price.
Other than that the staff was very helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

I booked a double room in this hotel from Almaty on Booking.com. The hotel met my expectations. Everything is clean and cozy. Friendly staff. I recommend it!

We really liked the hotel and a huge thank you to the receptionist. She was very pleasant and polite. We liked the room they found for us; it was clean. Everything was in keeping with its status. The only thing is, breakfast wasn't included. I don't know what hotel prices are like in the city, as we were just passing through, but the price was fine.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, fast Wi-Fi, and kind staff. Water and sundries are available at the hotel shop. I highly recommend!

Loved this little hotel. Frequently come to Taraz. Always stay here when I do. Lots of shops located around. It's towards the center of the city so cool things to do too.
