Excellent stay in the Kazakh winter. The service was excellent, especially at the Chalet restaurant, with our table waited by Rinat. Kazakh beef is a must have here.

I recently stayed at Rixos Borovoe with my husband who has GOLD ALL status. Everyone is very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Restaurant Chalet has such a beautiful interior as well as nice food and beverage items

The hotel is in a stunning location with amazing views – truly breathtaking. However, the room had an unpleasant sour smell, likely coming from the carpet, which affected the comfort of the stay

I really enjoyed my time in Borovoe — such a beautiful place with amazing nature and fresh air. 🍂 The atmosphere here is calm and relaxing, perfect for a cozy getaway. Both Silk Way and Chalet restaurants were wonderful

And a special mention to Dinara, the bartender, for the warming tea she made for me on a chilly autumn day. Everything here feels welcoming and full of care

In the summer they provide bicycles, catamarans, and on hot days they bring ice cream to the beach. Directly from the restaurant you can go to the terrace and have breakfast or lunch outdoors

There are parts of this hotel that remind me of the Soviet Union. The rooms have some old looking furniture, but they are a good size as are the bathrooms. Buffet breafast and good restaurant for other meals

We arrived tired both mentally and physically, and left rejuvenated by a couple of years! The room comfort level is 5! Reception - all the girls are smart and beautiful and true professionals in their field! Spa center - Alexander is great! He will make a game of table tennis for the client, and help with the cedar barrel and greet the guests warmly with a smile

You can tell he is a good person :) Asemgul - after her lymphatic drainage massage, life returned to my body! Every cell is grateful :) And the nature around - oh, that's a separate story, which you will see in the photo

Park Hotel Kokshetau - recreation area on the shore of Lake Shchuchye. Very beautiful place, beautiful nature. Today the cost per room is from 30,000 tenge per day and above.

A nice hotel in the middle of a dense forest. The rooms are small, clean, with towels, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, and disposable slippers. But there is no hairdryer or mini fridge

Ski rental prices are very high. The only ski resort in Borovoe has very high prices and there are problems with safety measures.

Great place, quiet, beautiful, delicious food. The rooms are superb, everything is new. It's in the forest, next to Rixos, 15 minutes through the forest along a beautiful path. We'll definitely stay there again

The family rooms are nice and spacious, with two rooms. The hotel is new, with crisp white linens. The restaurant serves good food and is reasonably priced. The only downside is that they only serve bottled beer

The lounge bar "Myata" is 10 meters away; I was worried the music would be distracting at night, but we couldn't hear anything. We needed an early breakfast, and it was delivered to our room by 7, no problem

We had a wonderful time in Borovoe thanks to the staff at the Sultan Plaza Hotel. Everyone is great, very attentive to guests, clearly knows their responsibilities, and responds promptly to requests

There's a bike path and a walking trail through the forest nearby. I honestly couldn't figure out how to get to the lake. There's a small playground outside, and a playroom inside

The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, and the waiters are very attentive. Fridays are usually busy, with families arriving, but this doesn't affect the comfort in any way
