Room service is very good, staff members are very polite and helpful. Location is wonderful, forest, open air pool on the territory of the hotel. I love it and can advise for sure

Excellent stay in the Kazakh winter. The service was excellent, especially at the Chalet restaurant, with our table waited by Rinat. Kazakh beef is a must have here.

Slept very well here. Rooms were nice and service was good. Only thing is it's away from the main town area, but there is still cafe and supermarket nearby for food
