Great experience. Kids are happy with the stay, winter leisure and indoor kids centers are great! Good service, everyone wants to offer help. Thanks to Yulia, Kamilla, Aida, Balnur, Shahzoda, Dina and all personnel for the great weekends.
Disappointment from this visit to this hotel. Drilling with a drill until almost 2 am. Considering that I have a 10 month old baby who reacts to any noise. We tiptoe when he sleeps, and here he was specifically woken up by the drill. Although it is clear that the hotel needs repairs (old dirty carpet, old furniture, in general, thoroughly worn out), but drilling with a drill at night is at least disrespect...

After my first night, there was a violent thunderstorm that resulted in my room being partially flooded, so I had to change rooms as repairs were going to last half a day. The room switch and subsequent communication between reception and their manager was below standards for a hotel of this standing. I had to go to reception to find out what was going to happen and when. The issue was eventually solved...
A lot of thanks hotel’s staff for your hospitality and good job. We with family celebrated my happy b’day at Sunset Terrace and guest relationships manager Saniya congratulated me with sweet cake by Rixos Borovoe. Also, I want to say thank for officiant Olzhas for his attention and work.
Guest relations service is the best thing that happened to our family in this hotel! Saniya from there is the best person! She always tries to do her best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! She even helped us to make our daughter’s hair, which something unusual for the hotel personal

As a European, I can not lie. There are parts of this hotel that remind me of the Soviet Union. The rooms have some old looking furniture, but they are a good size as are the bathrooms. Buffet breafast and good restaurant for other meals. They do have an English copy of the menu! Small area outside on the patio , but the open tents on the path down to the lake have a 30% service if you choose to...
This was our short vacation, which we take once a year. We arrived tired both mentally and physically, and left rejuvenated by a couple of years! The room comfort level is 5! Like home :) The mattress, the bed linen, the room temperature, and the bathroom (water temperature control, pressure and drainage) - everything as it should be! Park Hotel Kokshetau - recreation area on the shore of Lake Shchuchye. Very beautiful place, beautiful nature. Today the cost per room is from 30,000 tenge per day and above.
Wonderful place to stay during the winter break. Cozy, warm and comfortable. The food is delicious, staff is friendly and helping. Not new, but still great. Fair-priced, good quality for your money. Kids friendly. Will stay again.
I have been already 3 times this season in the Park Hotel Kokshetau. Because I like it very much. Friendly and helpful staff, tasty food in the restaurant and beautiful scenery all around. Strongly recommend! Can't wait to see how it is here during the winter 🙂

very nice, family run hotel, wonderful scenery. the owners have prepared a wonderful New Year's program: a lot of entertainment for children, and funny animators, and life-size puppets, and several entertaining matinees with the participation of different artists. Except for the unsuccessful live ensemble, everything was great.
