Park Hotel Kokshetau - recreation area on the shore of Lake Shchuchye. Very beautiful place, beautiful nature. Today the cost per room is from 30,000 tenge per day and above.

Great place.

As a European, I can not lie. There are parts of this hotel that remind me of the Soviet Union. The rooms have some old looking furniture, but they are a good size as are the bathrooms. Buffet breafast and good restaurant for other meals. They do have an English copy of the menu! Small area outside on the patio , but the open tents on the path down to the lake have a 30% service if you choose to order anything from the restaurant. This is a good 20-metre pool. Sauna, and massage service. Bike rental is free, as are the pedalos. No lift. We were on the 4th floor! Service is very good all round but not much English spoken.

Went with my family on March 8th to this hotel. The hotel is located on the shore of the lake. There is a beach (for those who want to come in the summer). But since March, we have rested at the hotel itself. Of the services provided: Large family room with 2 bedrooms and a living room, 2 bathrooms. The windows offer a beautiful view of the lake. The first floor has a huge indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna. Breakfast is included in the price - "Buffet". Very friendly people work here. Who will take maximum care of your vacation.

The hotel is large, clean, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We made a good playroom for the kids, they liked it very much. The restaurant is good, reasonable prices, the food is delicious. Buffet breakfasts are not bad. The hotel staff is helpful, courteous, well-mannered. We have been coming here for eight years for sure, the staff has not changed. The territory is good, large. The location is good. You can go ice skating, sledding, buns. In winter, a slide is usually built on site. I really like to rest here in the winter season. Stayed several times in summer, good too. In the summer they provide bicycles, catamarans, and on hot days they bring ice cream to the beach. Directly from the restaurant you can go to the terrace and have breakfast or lunch outdoors. There is an open-air cage with rabbits in the parking lot, which the kids are happy to feed.

I liked the hotel. Living conditions, service is very good. The staff is responsive and friendly, which is usually not typical for the northern regions of Kazakhstan)). The food is delicious, home-style, satisfying. Didn't go to the pool. But, judging by the fact that there are a lot of visitors and from the words of colleagues, you can have a good time. To the beach on foot down the slope 50-100m. The beach is well equipped, but small. They rent a catamaran, and there is a good path to the beach. On the territory there are gazebos, barbecue facilities, a small pier, a tennis court, etc. The only thing I didn't like was the hard pillows, poor lighting in the room. So, had a good time. Fresh air, calm and friendly atmosphere. Thank you, I will come again.

We had a good time at the Park Hotel Kokshetau. We really appreciated the help with charging our electric car. Suggestion for improvement: offer (real) coffee for free at the breakfast and maybe update the bicycles (even though it's already great that you offer some!).
