Slept very well here. Rooms were nice and service was good. Only thing is it's away from the main town area, but there is still cafe and supermarket nearby for food

Breakfast is not that good. The girl serving breakfast is very rude. Effortless, she just I dont understand russian. Russian of coffee is Kofi. it's the same thing.

The room is nice and clean, but the management is not good.
We had a low price double room. But it was above the restaurant. There was a kazakh wedding. It was unbelievable loud in the room. The floor was literally vibrating. We wanted to have a rest, but it was not possible in that noise. We asked the manager to give us another room. The manager said, the wedding party will be till 23 p.m. then it would be quite. And if we want to change the room we have to pay the higher price. That was very unfair. It was not our false that there was a loud party. They could have tell us before. Even the owner was not willing to give us another room to make sure that her guests are comfortable and can have a rest or sleep (and this is what a hotel is for, or not?) So we asked to get our money back an left.
