Beautiful property superbly maintained. Lots of activities. Plenty of open spaces for kids to play. Family friendly. Hotel rooms sizable, option for various sized cottages. Staff were ALL very personable and professional.

What a beautiful experience, The views of the mountains are incredible, it is incredibly easy to do a days skiing and return to the top of the mountain to retire for the night. The room was amazing it has a small sauna perfect for 2 people, the room was warm, underfloor heating , bathrobes and a wonderful shower. Nice speaker and smart tv, comfortable sofa and big bed. The restaurant is fantastic too...

This hotel is located right at the top of Shymbulak, making it the best possible location if your main goal is skiing. The atmosphere is amazing—very energetic and friendly with everyone having fun on the slopes. The rooms are spacious, well-heated, and clean. In general the hotel is nice with perfect location but there is some points I hope they find a solution for, luggage service was terrible unfortunately we were super tired till we reached the hotel Room specially for those who have 3,4 luggage, my advice for the service team to have a snow bike at least to help the client move their luggage, second point we ware Confused about the cable car ticket...

Thank you for an amazing stay! Getting off the gondola and arriving at S.N.e.G is part of the wow factor - the views are amazing. But everything about this hotel is equally wow: our room was really comfortable and cozy and the restaurant food is absolutely excellent. The food was so good ! We had burrata salad which was so so good, mozzarella sticks which were okay, pizza so so good, & greek salad so delicious ! We really want more & more burrata salads and greek salad and pizza ! This is a match made in heaven & it’s so good !

Great place with a great view! Nice cuisine, no crowd, but the best is staff! I would like to say special thanks to Aigerim and Dinara for making our stay special! Thanks to them we became loyal guests of the restaurant and try to spend every spare time here! Very helpful and pleasant! I would be happy if hotel managers will appreciate them for their work!

Very nice and cute place. Reastaurant has a tasty food. Stuff is responsive. Rooms comfortable and have picturesque mountain view. At night so quiet and peacful.

Food wasn't that good, and so was the service (slow, and the waiter forgot that we have ordered a couple of dishes. Although I can't say the place was overcrowded). You can probably enjoy a nice view and a cup of alpine tea with a selection of deserts ( PG do really good ones, especially ice cream).

Location is great, atmosphere and food are good. The rooms are a bit squeaky (floors, bed), bathrooms could be upgraded. Not so much worth the price room condition wise, but the atmosphere and location are great.

A cozy stay for cold winters. Very tasty food. Superb level of hospitality. We spent here 3 days and liked the place a lot, highly recommended.

1. Great view and nice room, but the shower in the room was in bad condition. The water came out so frustratingly.. +no warm water 🫠 2. Great service ! 3. Nice location, but note that you can't take your rental car if it is not electric. Only electric bus, electric taxi can go.

Very nice hotel, comfortable bed, our room had a nice balcony with a view of the mountains. Hotel staffs are very responsive for any queries you may have. The guy at the reception was very nice and explained everything to us upon checkin and offered us discount vouchers for the ski pass. The location was amazing. The people were really friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We were able to get an English speaking ski instructor ( from the ski school) who was very patient. I would advise if you want an instructor to try book early because the skiing area does close at 5. This place is so worth visiting
