I had been here during the early fall of 2016. I am here in January visiting friends decided ice skating was in order since it was a clear sky day with a couple thousand other Almaty residents in on having some fun

For the view alone i love and will always love this place. The skating is obviously done in season. Was here for a house music festival headlined by Steve Aoki. Dont think any other venue would have fitted all of us better.

We were here 3 nights and loved it. Stunning location, great views, spacious and well-appointed rooms. Service was great. This is a very special hotel, every aspect of our stay was wonderful.

I stayed for two nights. The place is great at night, but hot during the day. The place is clean and quiet. The breakfast is average and limited. As for the service, they are cooperative. There is a separate restaurant with a beautiful view. We had dinner there. The service was excellent in the restaurant. I thank the waitress Tangnurym for helping us choose dinner.

The lodge is cute and has nice views. It is nearby the ski lift which overlooks the city. It is also near the Auyl Restaurant, which is well worth a visit. A nice place to chill and do some day hiking. The service was very good, and breakfast was great.

Everything about the hotel is top notch: the location, service and of course the rooms. The views are magnificent! Also liked the availability of a sauna inside the lodge. Hoping I can return to this wonderful spot soon and spend more time there.

We had a stay in a stunning location with breathtaking views that truly capture the beauty of the area. A nice little house with 2 rooms. In one there is a wardrobe and a round bed. In the other there is a fold-out sofa. There is a microwave, dishes, pots and pans. There is a sink, a refrigerator, just super! A shower stall, a washbasin and a toilet. Warm floor. I was pleased with the decorated room, so nice! There is a barbecue area, it was great!

A very good guest house for a family holiday in the mountains, there is a playground and a barbecue, if you come in winter you can ride on balloons, in summer there is a river and a view of the Zailiysky Alatau

A little better handling of the queue to the poma lift would make the entire experience more enjoyable.

Nice ski resort. Cheap but warm and polite. The slope is not steep but bumpy and interesting if you like to jump and carve. The pulling lift itself is an adventure, it is the longest I've ever seen.

Perfect little ski slope for a family outing where you can see your kids, eat within meters of their skiing slope and enjoy the view without hundreds of people.

Beautiful place both in winter and summer. I do not know winter sports so always visit this place in summer. In summer it is amazing with greenery and flowers.... And treks to walk. Treks are good and of moderate difficult.

A great place, came with family, very wonderful time, the slope is not big, but very diverse. Excellent staff and professional instructors, know their business, I recommend everyone!

We vacationed here twice in 2022. Very comfortable, cozy. The recreation area is located in the reserve. It is very quiet, guests do not disturb each other. We had a family vacation in the Lipovy cottage. Warm, clean, comfortable, just super!

This base and the family recreation center are one and the same place. All reviews about the family holiday center also apply to this one. We shot sunny for two days, I was very pleased. Beautiful house, really enjoyed the stays & 10/10 for services

We stayed in wonderful Nordic and Scandi houses on June 29, 2024. We were 5 families, 4 generations. We spent most of our time in Nordic on a wonderful terrace overlooking a clearing with a beautiful view of the foothills. They prepared pilaf, the children played in the meadow, swam in the pool, steamed in the sauna, had a feast on the terrace, watched a children's concert, then lit a fire and stayed...

The whole family celebrated our birthday at the NORDIC house. The place is magnificent, fresh air and silence! The grandson happily ran on the lawn and swam in the pool. Thanks to the owners for the cleanliness and comfort!

Stayed here for 3 nights with the family with all food included. Standout was really the food and the salads were something we were really impressed with. The staff is amazing!!! So very helpful! They worked with us, adjusting the time for meals, adding mattresses to 'too firm' sofa beds, wonderful meals and delicious snacks. The only thing that could be improved was greater consistency with internet. We loved our time at BeFine.

We had an offsite session at Befine. First room was smell bad of smoke even though my booking was non smoking room . They gave me other room was good after i complained. I think hotels used to give worst room who booked through trip.com . It happened in my previous trip in Bali.

We've spent almost a week here. Great experience for me and my daughter. The high number of water procedures, especially the pool with mineral water is the best treatment for your health 💕🙏 The sanatorium has its own mineral tube source. My daughter asks for prolongation. All the stuff is friendly and supportive for aged ppl. Rooms are clean and modern. Thank you so much! 👍👍👍😊
