Fantastic place to stay as a couple. The view is just breath taking. Would love to go again!

We had a wonderful stay at Oi‑Qaragai Mountain Resort. The yurt was comfortable, clean, and full of character, beautifully combining traditional style with modern comfort. Staying surrounded by the mountains made the experience truly unique and relaxing. Special thanks to Zakir for his excellent service. He was very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcomed throughout...

We stayed in a treehouse, which was small but very cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. It had everything we needed (fridge, TV, hairdryer, electric heater, shower amenities). The resort is beautifully situated within a nature reserve, with lovely grounds and lighting… it felt like we were in the Alps… truly a fairytale! The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the property. The food is delicious, and the location is great for a winter vacation.

We stayed in a yurt, which was very comfortable and warm for November, and the breakfasts were wonderfully delicious. There are also places to walk around and explore. However, the ski slopes are quite close to the yurts, which might be a disturbance for those who want to sleep in.

The stay and the location was exceptional, there were many activities which are well organized. However, the room service was pretty much delayed all the time. Any support took time to attend. Overall it was good!!

Stayed here for 3 nights with the family with all food included. Standout was really the food and the salads were something we were really impressed with. Only 1 or 2 employees know English so can be struggle sometimes but the google translate helped most often. They have a great pool and gym. Only downside they didn't have a kids pool so my family had to stay out. Overall a great stay and would most...

The staff is amazing!!! So very helpful! They worked with us, adjusting the time for meals, adding mattresses to 'too firm' sofa beds, wonderful meals and delicious snacks. The only thing that could be improved was greater consistency with internet. We loved our time at BeFine.

We had an offsite session at Befine. We are absolutely delighted with the complex: great location, reasonable prices, cleanliness, comfort, everything is brand new and modern, the design is very well thought out, the food is delicious. A great place to relax your soul and body😻😻😻 You can have a great time there, both with family and with friends/colleagues. Fabulous view from the room to the mountains in any weather, good spa, great pool. Nice place. Kind staff. Wifi not so strong (at least on 3rd floor). Hot water, sauna, clean toilets and sheets, towels. Food is ok, not the best (steak at least was dry). Close to sky.

Nice place in the middle of the way to the mountains

The hotel itself is not bad, quite new, cosy rooms, helpful staff. But location is not ideal

A little better handling of the queue to the poma lift would make the entire experience more enjoyable.

Nice ski resort. Cheap but warm and polite. The slope is not steep but bumpy and interesting if you like to jump and carve. The pulling lift itself is an adventure, it is the longest I've ever seen.

Perfect little ski slope for a family outing where you can see your kids, eat within meters of their skiing slope and enjoy the view without hundreds of people.

Beautiful place both in winter and summer. I do not know winter sports so always visit this place in summer. In summer it is amazing with greenery and flowers.... And treks to walk. Treks are good and of moderate difficult.

A great place, came with family, very wonderful time, the slope is not big, but very diverse. Excellent staff and professional instructors, know their business, I recommend everyone!

Thank you for an amazing stay! Getting off the gondola and arriving at S.N.e.G is part of the wow factor - the views are amazing. But everything about this hotel is equally wow: our room was really comfortable and cozy and the restaurant food is absolutely excellent. I loved all the food which uses fresh local ingredients in local and international dishes. Breakfast was amazing. I can't praise...

I had a perfect time in this place. The food and the sevice were excellent. .I took a soup and an hmburger Thecrestaurant is very recommended and please stop here on your way down from the top of the mountain The meneu is very rich with many other options

The food was so good ! We had burrata salad which was so so good, mozzarella sticks which were okay, pizza so so good, & greek salad so delicious ! We really want more & more burrata salads and greek salad and pizza ! This is a match made in heaven & it’s so good !

Great place with a great view! Nice cuisine, no crowd, but the best is staff! I would like to say special thanks to Aigerim and Dinara for making our stay special! Thanks to them we became loyal guests of the restaurant and try to spend every spare time here! Very helpful and pleasant! I would be happy if hotel managers will appreciate them for their work!

Very nice and cute place. Reastaurant has a tasty food. Stuff is responsive. Rooms comfortable and have picturesque mountain view. At night so quiet and peacful.

Food wasn't that good, and so was the service (slow, and the waiter forgot that we have ordered a couple of dishes. Although I can't say the place was overcrowded). You can probably enjoy a nice view and a cup of alpine tea with a selection of deserts ( PG do really good ones, especially ice cream).
