We stayed in a treehouse, which was small but very cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. It had everything we needed (fridge, TV, hairdryer, electric heater, shower amenities). The resort is beautifully situated within a nature reserve, with lovely grounds and lighting… it felt like we were in the Alps… truly a fairytale! The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the property. The food is delicious, and the location is great for a winter vacation.

We stayed in a yurt, which was very comfortable and warm for November, and the breakfasts were wonderfully delicious. There are also places to walk around and explore. However, the ski slopes are quite close to the yurts, which might be a disturbance for those who want to sleep in.

The stay and the location was exceptional, there were many activities which are well organized. However, the room service was pretty much delayed all the time. Any support took time to attend. Overall it was good!!

Nice view with the nice locations

Resort has been updated- now offering room service. There is also a new app making it easy to find restaurants and book ski passes/lessons

Stayed here for 3 nights with the family with all food included. Standout was really the food and the salads were something we were really impressed with. Only 1 or 2 employees know English so can be struggle sometimes but the google translate helped most often. They have a great pool and gym. The staff is amazing!!! So very helpful! They worked with us, adjusting the time for meals, adding mattresses to 'too firm' sofa beds, wonderful meals and delicious snacks. The only thing that could be improved was greater consistency with internet. We loved our time at BeFine.

We had an offsite session at Befine. We are absolutely delighted with the complex: great location, reasonable prices, cleanliness, comfort, everything is brand new and modern, the design is very well thought out, the food is delicious. Resort Ski Park Pioneer

A little better handling of the queue to the poma lift would make the entire experience more enjoyable.

Nice ski resort. Cheap but warm and polite. The slope is not steep but bumpy and interesting if you like to jump and carve. The pulling lift itself is an adventure, it is the longest I've ever seen.

Perfect little ski slope for a family outing where you can see your kids, eat within meters of their skiing slope and enjoy the view without hundreds of people.

Beautiful place both in winter and summer. I do not know winter sports so always visit this place in summer. In summer it is amazing with greenery and flowers.... And treks to walk. Treks are good and of moderate difficult.

A great place, came with family, very wonderful time, the slope is not big, but very diverse. Excellent staff and professional instructors, know their business, I recommend everyone!

Thank you for an amazing stay! Getting off the gondola and arriving at S.N.e.G is part of the wow factor - the views are amazing. The food was so good ! We had burrata salad which was so so good, mozzarella sticks which were okay, pizza so so good, & greek salad so delicious ! We really want more & more burrata salads and greek salad and pizza ! This is a match made in heaven & it’s so good !

Great place with a great view! Nice cuisine, no crowd, but the best is staff! I would like to say special thanks to Aigerim and Dinara for making our stay special! Thanks to them we became loyal guests of the restaurant and try to spend every spare time here! Very helpful and pleasant! I would be happy if hotel managers will appreciate them for their work!

Very nice and cute place. Reastaurant has a tasty food. Stuff is responsive. Rooms comfortable and have picturesque mountain view. At night so quiet and peacful.

Food wasn't that good, and so was the service (slow, and the waiter forgot that we have ordered a couple of dishes. Although I can't say the place was overcrowded). You can probably enjoy a nice view and a cup of alpine tea with a selection of deserts ( PG do really good ones, especially ice cream).

Beautiful house, really enjoyed the stays & 10/10 for services

We stayed in wonderful Nordic and Scandi houses on June 29, 2024. We were 5 families, 4 generations. We spent most of our time in Nordic on a wonderful terrace overlooking a clearing with a beautiful view of the foothills. They prepared pilaf, the children played in the meadow, swam in the pool, steamed in the sauna, had a feast on the terrace, watched a children's concert, then lit a fire and stayed...

The whole family celebrated our birthday at the NORDIC house. The place is magnificent, fresh air and silence! The grandson happily ran on the lawn and swam in the pool. Thanks to the owners for the cleanliness and comfort!

Cool, cozy place! There is everything you need. We always come with pleasure! I recommend!

Beautiful house, great location, very helpful hosts. Happily recommend to others. We will be back!

Nice place. Kind staff. Wifi not so strong (at least on 3rd floor). Hot water, sauna, clean toilets and sheets, towels. Food is ok, not the best (steak at least was dry). Close to sky.

We vacationed here twice in 2022. Very comfortable, cozy. The recreation area is located in the reserve. It is very quiet, guests do not disturb each other. We had a family vacation in the Lipovy cottage. Warm, clean, comfortable, just super!

A cool place to relax with children, company or family. There is a large trampoline, slides, swings, a sauna, gazebos with barbecues. There are tame rabbits on the territory that you can feed and pet. The cottage we were in, Mountain, is large and sleeps 6. The veranda is excellent, there are heated floors everywhere in the house. This base and the family recreation center are one and the same place. All reviews about the family holiday center also apply to this one. We shot sunny for two days, I was very pleased. A very good place for winter holidays: a long slide for descent on balloons, clean air, a lot of snow. There are cozy yurts with tables, separate houses, a hotel. There is a nice cafe, but the owners still need to work on the kitchen...

Gazebo for 35 people - 50,000 thousand. There is a brazier, toilets are like good cafes. The area is great for walking, walking in the mountains. There is parking, free of charge. We spent two nights in the beautiful Airbnb and felt very comfortable. The accommodation is beautifully secluded in the mountains and you have a great view of Almaty. The arrangements and communication in advance were very pleasant and all our questions were answered. A nice little house with 2 rooms. In one there is a wardrobe and a round bed. In the other there is a fold-out sofa. There is a microwave, dishes, pots and pans. There is a sink, a refrigerator, just super! A shower stall, a washbasin and a toilet. Warm floor. I was pleased with the decorated room, so nice! There is a barbecue area, it was great!

A very good guest house for a family holiday in the mountains, there is a playground and a barbecue, if you come in winter you can ride on balloons, in summer there is a river and a view of the Zailiysky Alatau
