We stayed in a treehouse, which was small but very cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. It had everything we needed (fridge, TV, hairdryer, electric heater, shower amenities). The food is delicious, and the location is great for a winter vacation.

We stayed in a yurt, which was very comfortable and warm for November, and the breakfasts were wonderfully delicious. There are also places to walk around and explore. However, the ski slopes are quite close to the yurts, which might be a disturbance for those who want to sleep in.

The stay and the location was exceptional, there were many activities which are well organized. However, the room service was pretty much delayed all the time. Any support took time to attend. Overall it was good!!

The staff is amazing!!! So very helpful! They worked with us, adjusting the time for meals, adding mattresses to 'too firm' sofa beds, wonderful meals and delicious snacks. The only thing that could be improved was greater consistency with internet. We loved our time at BeFine.

We had an offsite session at Befine. We are absolutely delighted with the complex: great location, reasonable prices, cleanliness, comfort, everything is brand new and modern, the design is very well thought out, the food is delicious. Nice place. Kind staff. Wifi not so strong (at least on 3rd floor). Hot water, sauna, clean toilets and sheets, towels. Food is ok, not the best (steak at least was dry). Close to sky.

A little better handling of the queue to the poma lift would make the entire experience more enjoyable.

Nice ski resort. Cheap but warm and polite. The slope is not steep but bumpy and interesting if you like to jump and carve. The pulling lift itself is an adventure, it is the longest I've ever seen.

Perfect little ski slope for a family outing where you can see your kids, eat within meters of their skiing slope and enjoy the view without hundreds of people.

Beautiful place both in winter and summer. I do not know winter sports so always visit this place in summer. In summer it is amazing with greenery and flowers.... And treks to walk. Treks are good and of moderate difficult.

A great place, came with family, very wonderful time, the slope is not big, but very diverse. Excellent staff and professional instructors, know their business, I recommend everyone!

The restaurant is excellent at the penultimate stop (accessible with a Combi1 ticket) and has a large selection of delicious dishes. The waiters are quick and friendly. The food was excellent. The restrooms are also clean and adequate. We can recommend Le Mont with a clear conscience.

LeMont has one thing going for it — the stunning mountain view. Beyond that, it’s unfortunately not worth the high prices. We ordered a bagel expecting a hearty meat filling, but it was drowned in ketchup, making it feel more like a ketchup sandwich than anything else. The food was so good ! We had burrata salad which was so so good, mozzarella sticks which were okay, pizza so so good, & greek salad so delicious ! We really want more & more burrata salads and greek salad and pizza ! This is a match made in heaven & it’s so good !

Wonderful place, very comfortable and has all necessary amenities. View from house 17 was wmazing. There is not constructin going on, however it was not disturbing.

The room is spacious and the facilities are good. It is inconvenient to carry luggage.

We were here 3 nights and loved it. Stunning location, great views, spacious and well-appointed rooms. Service was great. This is a very special hotel, every aspect of our stay was wonderful.

I stayed for two nights. The place is great at night, but hot during the day. The place is clean and quiet. The breakfast is average and limited. As for the service, they are cooperative. There is a separate restaurant with a beautiful view. We had dinner there. The service was excellent in the restaurant. I thank the waitress Tangnurym for helping us choose dinner.

One of the highest ice skating natural ring covered with snow all around.

The place is closed for construction for more than a year. So ice skating is closed. You can ice skating upstairs after the cable ride.

Ice Rink and the place is really nice. The view is amazing because it’s surrounded by mountains, and the air feels super fresh. The rink is huge and the atmosphere is fun, even if you’re not a pro at skating.

Absolutely stunning views! Walked up the stairs (854 steps, elevation gain 210 m). It was hard work but worth it.

Medeu is a must-visit spot in Almaty, especially during winter. Set in a beautiful mountain valley, it’s one of the highest ice rinks in the world. The scenery is stunning, with snow-covered peaks all around. Whether you’re skating or just enjoying the fresh air and mountain views, it’s a refreshing experience. Great for families, friends, or couples. Don’t miss trying the cable car up to Shymbulak...

The first time I checked in, the front desk accidentally gave me two keys. Both rooms I entered had a strong smell of food and garlic. I thought it was just someone nearby cooking and the smell hadn't dissipated yet. I was really tired, so I just lay down. The more I rested, the more I realized something was off. Later, I discovered the smell was coming from the bathroom, and it was so bad it made...

The hotel is surprisingly (for Kazakhstan) excellent. Everything is clean, the ceilings are high, and it's warm. There are many minor issues. Some minor gripes: the water takes a long time to get hot water, and the Wi-Fi password in the left wing isn't listed. It's only available at reception. The soundproofing is poor. All the shops are closed at night. We had to hunt for food 1.5 kilometers away...

When I checked in, I was told "There is no reservation." I had printed out the voucher, so I showed it and was able to check in. The walls were thin, and I could hear noise from the next room.

A decent hotel, close to the airport. The room was fresh, clean, and cozy. There are plenty of cafes nearby. We liked the Badam cafe (a 10-minute walk from the hotel); the shashlik was delicious (we recommend trying the duck shashlik), and the prices were half those in the city center. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the airport by taxi in the evening.
