The Karaoke Club is very good and decent prices. BEWARE OF EMPIRE PUB. The waitresses are very rude to foreigners. They thought I did not understand Russian and believed it was OK to start speaking about me.

Excellent hotel! Absolutely fantastic value for money! Clean, comfortable beds, everything works. The staff is attentive! The only thing missing in the shower stall is a shelf for shampoo and soap! Next time we're in Karaganda, we'll be back to Ak-Samal!

The sheets haven't been changed for weeks, the shower stalls are broken, the doors are either missing or leaking. The rooms aren't cleaned, the trash isn't taken out, there aren't enough hangers, and some of the furniture is missing handles and broken.

Decent place, clean, tidy, inexpensive

Great establishment. Excellent cuisine and helpful staff. It especially pleases believers with its room for worship (namazkhan).

We needed a place to stay overnight. We were looking for something cheaper and found Hermes. It wasn't too bad for the price. But the rooms are old, the floors creak, the fridge hums, the bathroom is from the 90s, they don't make breakfast but order it from somewhere else. Overall, it's not bad. I gave it 4 stars only for the price.

The rooms have become incredibly cool this winter, and the showers are in dire need of renovation. The service is incredibly friendly!!!! And the price is a plus. The location is convenient, with several good places to eat nearby.

My colleagues and I visited the Hermes Hotel's outdoor cafe. It's a beautiful, quiet, and clean place. The food is EXCELLENT. We especially loved the lamb with vegetables. While service was occasionally slow, these moments didn't ruin our evening. Unfortunately, they don't make alcoholic cocktails. They did make mojitos upon request, for which we're especially grateful. But that's not their specialty...

The photos look good. But the room had a strange, unpleasant smell. Otherwise, the room was clean, and the breakfast was generally tasty, but a bit meager.

The hotel is super. Please, buy a hairdryer in the suite. the restaurant is excellent, everything is very tasty

It seems to be a renovated old Soviet building. The rooms are simple but clean and the price is reasonable. I stayed there for 4 days in the summer of 24.

The guest rooms are clean and comfortable, but the bed linens and towels are washed-out. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it for more than a night. As for the hotel cafe, the food is so-so, and the price doesn't match the quality.

New building. Large rear parking, but it is not clear how to get to it, there is a barrier. I understood that this is a business center, I was with a beautician who rents several rooms.

Convenient location. We drove to Astana. Delicious breakfast. They answered the phone quickly, sent the location, and accommodated us. 10+ points to the reception and the chef.

The hotel is very clean and everyone who works there is very polite and helpful. And the kitchen is just awesome, the breakfasts are very tasty, they didn’t ask the name of the woman’s chef. A nice, quiet hotel. One downside is the distance from grocery stores. This inconvenience is offset by the good kitchen located on the ground floor. The service is attentive. I recommend it for business travelers.

The room was nice and spacious, but there wasn't a kettle, not even a glass or cutlery. The hotel cafe was inexpensive and the food was quite tasty. The location was inconvenient (unless you were visiting the metallurgical plant); you had to take a taxi to get to town.

Cozy beautiful place. I liked the staff, furniture, fittings. There is everything you need and the interiors are quite restrained and tastefully selected. Clean, tidy. There is Wi-Fi, all bathroom accessories and parking. The price/quality corresponds.

Clean, luxurious. We rented a suite. The bed was excellent. The only problem was that there were two small blankets instead of one large one. But some might find that more comfortable.

I come here for a car wash. The staff is very polite, which I like. I give the car wash a 4. The prices are a bit high for this type of car wash.

A good motel-type hotel. Everything is here: where to eat, where to park. The rooms are not like in five-star hotels, but for a good rest and to spend the night - just right. The proximity to the river, which was once littered with garbage, is disconcerting, but in general, order is maintained here.
