Corona Hotel in Karagandy

I've never written reviews before, but I have to because I'm at my wits' end. I've been staying at this hotel for several years because other hotels are always full, and I want to say that the service leaves much to be desired, particularly the receptionists: two Russian women, both adults, are rude. The rooms are smoky and cold. Only one younger receptionist treats customers with respect. I can't say anything bad about the cafe; it's very convenient that the kitchen is open 24 hours. After such rude treatment and no response to customer requests, I don't want to stay here again. Where the positive comments come from is questionable!

Terrible place, we were driving on our own, decided to stop at this place. It's terrible, we didn't really sleep, they had a disco in the next room, when we called the administration, no measures were taken. There was a wedding on the first floor, a fight, they went to the toilet right under the windows and all this stench went into the room. So we left at three in the morning. I asked to return half the amount, the administrator was sleeping, there was a young guy, he started to say, I quote, "What should I return?" Well, screw you. We checked in at 10 pm and left at 3 am. We didn't wash, there was no hot water. Terrible place.
