Location: very close to airport.
Services: immediate response if I found missing towels. I asked for two more and in 5 mins i got them. 4 stars instead of 5 due to 0 english speaking. In a countey developing towards tourism, a minimal english at reception might be needed. Nevertheless this is not personal to the receptionist as she was supportive and we used google translate to communicate effectively.
Rooms: the bathroom lacked shower gel. Only shampoo and and soap next to the sink.luckily we had soap with us. Also, yhe bathroom did not look in maintained condition (damaged tiles), but not something that would be an issue.
Pros: clean rooms, sheets, fast response , food was good but we went with the safe choices: beef burger. Food prices low, considering the closesness to the airport, wifi with no issues, food 24/7 available.

Room rate per 24 hrs is $120, what can you get for it:
Broken toilet
Missing light balls
No batteries in tv remote
And the most important , not fresh beddings.
The only advantage is the location.
If you can avoid this place at any cost!

Very friendly staff, they helped me book a taxi to aktau city. The hotel is near airport, 1 min walk, and its a good place to stay for if you arrive late.

I got stuck at Aktau Airport due to a flight delay of over 8 hours, and staying at the airport hotel turned out to be a good decision. For a short layover, the hotel offers everything you need—clean rooms, basic amenities, and a quiet place to rest.
The price was 20,000 KZT for 8 hours, which felt fair considering the convenience and the fact that it’s located right at the airport territory . There is a small restaurant within the hotel where you can grab a bite, which was especially helpful during the long wait.
Nothing fancy, but if you’re in transit and need a break, it’s a reliable and hassle-free option. Would recommend for short stays during layovers or unexpected delays.

Nice hotel just in front of the airport, 3 min by walk.
Very safe and quiet.
The room is very comfortable and relatively spacious.
You have a nice small restaurant on site to eat at any time.
Only bad thing, staff is not speaking English at all. Need to use translator to Russian all the time.
