watering the grass throughout the territory should probably be more often, so that there is no yellow grass. install artificial palm trees like on the Aktau embankment next to the beach

The Housekeeping team – Nagima, Tozagul, and Raisa – performed their duties with great professionalism, care, and attention to detail. My room was always perfectly clean, tidy, and comfortable thanks to their efforts

Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work and just heated the room on every setting, and some of the furnishings were a bit dated and had scratches. However, for the price, we would definitely come back

We were primarily interested in Covid safety. Everything is clean, the room is cleaned every morning, with a change of bed linen. Breakfast is delicious, buffet. All the staff are very polite

Behind the hotel is the Caspian Sea, which is very close. The Caspian Sea is great and it is safe to go there at night! I don’t recommend going to the restaurant on the third floor of the hotel

The room is large, the toilet is small, and there is no iron. It is very inconvenient to iron clothes when traveling on business! Many waiters at the front desk did not speak English, only one did

After staying for several days, one day the room was not cleaned that day, so I went to the front desk to ask for water and toilet paper, and it took me three times before they were delivered

The hotel is in a great location 👍 The rooms are very clean. The staff are all very friendly. Best of all, it's spacious and the beautiful Caspian Sea is right in front of you!

I also liked the recreation area, all the saunas, showers and hamam are functioning, a wet steam room with essential oils, a phytobar, there is also a good bar-restaurant and a gym, showers and a locker room are equipped with everything you need, there is a jacuzzi in the pool, enough sun loungers and tables

From the wishes: in the spa and pool area I would like unobtrusive background music, live plants, a dispenser with drinking water (after all, five stars, why bother) and a centrifuge for wringing out a swimsuit in the locker room

Very helpful and friendly staff, plus the swimming pool and sauna was a nice add on and the temperature in the pool was great. I liked the location of the hotel It was near the beach

We lived in two adjacent standard rooms on the 5th floor at the "family" rate, it is cheaper, the bathroom is equipped with good plumbing, cleaning is scheduled on time, the rooms have air conditioners and working Wi-Fi, thoughtful lighting, convenient storage places for things and bags, a full-length mirror, albeit outdated, but high-quality furniture and textiles

Bathrobes, slippers and hygiene supplies are available. Food - breakfast is included, tasty and varied, lunch in the form of a business lunch exceeded our expectations, thanks to the cooks and administrators

Common areas: corridors, toilets, halls, elevators correspond to the level, clean and well-kept. The staff is polite and responsive, drinking bottled water is replenished and included in the room rate

Our room had a balcony with sea view that was lovely but also view to the water park, thankfully there was nobody there as it would be noisy. The spa area is very pleasant with a lovely swimming pool and sauna

It's out of the way so expect a long walk to the center! Overall a very nice breakfast and the room was decent! With seaside weather, it may be hard to keep the place in top shape!

It is indeed a good hotel in the area. Good location, good environment and good service. It is just a little small, but there are too few locals so it doesn't matter if it is too big. The room is not small.

Very nice stay at this quiet seaside hotel. There is no pool or gym or fancy amenities but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay

Big, spacious room, decent wifi, a good breakfast for this part of the world, windows and balcony for fresh air and AC if needed plus hotel access to the beach. Safe and TV in room but no English stations

Been here for one night in summer, 2015. Ordered food and they got exactly what I ordered. Prices for food, especially water are higher than Baku, Azerbaijan. But Aktau is notorious for high prices

Well, 5 stars in the conventional sense for this hotel is frankly a bit much. But, in General, a good impression. There is a SPA with a swimming pool, apparently it got awarded 5 stars

This was made all the better by the extremely helpful Bek who did everything he could to help with travel arrangements for the next leg of our journey and to ensure we had a great experience at the hotel

There is a large supermarket and an amusement park nearby. The staff are not very friendly, and it is a hassle to have to go up to the second floor to reach the hostel reception. However, it is excellent value for money

However, perhaps because there aren't many guests, there are four beds to one room, but I was able to use it alone the whole time, and there is also a toilet and shower in the room

There is complimentary water available too. I booked three nights in a single room via a booking platform for 24,000. I would thoroughly recommend and should I return to Aktau, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again

The room and adjoining ensuite were clean, comfortable and airy. There was a television, wardrobe desk and chair as-well-as a lounge armchair, AC, a refrigerator and ample other necessities included

Second, it is a bit of a tight entrance, hard to get in if you are carrying a suitcase. Then the reception is two floors up. So you should not consider this hotel if you have a hard time with stairs

Once you have been there a few hours, though, you appreciate how close it is to everything-- a few hundred meters uphill to the main commercial part of town, or downhill to the seaside

Beautiful place! For only 5000 KZT you can allow yourself aqua park, beach with tents and seats and some pools Also you can order fast food or east kitchen right on the territory

Good place to relax with the whole family. There are several outdoor pools, a playground for children with water activities. A good water slide, not extreme, but you can enjoy. Great sea beach, there are sun beds

Nice place to enjoy the life in Aktau city: from the sea shore with white sand, swimming pools, aquapark with different shape and complexity, till the food in several food points

Has individual wardrobes with automatic lock by your bracelets given at the entrance. You will definitely wish to come back again. Please plan min 5-6 hours of your time to make the paid money worth of your visit

Children must be here all the time to see their endless joy, happiness and laughs. You can buy swimming pants or other staff if you forget them

Within 100 meters there's an excellent Russian banya, a large supermarket, an inexpensive and delicious restaurant, and convenient bus stops for all city buses: 2, 3 on the sea side and 2, 5, and 107 on the other side of the microdistrict

Great location, close to the sea, all rooms on the ground floor, which is important with suitcases

Beaches, a rocky trail, and an amusement park are all within a 7-10-minute walk
